Although this may be an overlooked task, I feel that I must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I received from your representative, David Erbsen. I am, of course, very delighted to have had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Erbsen about replacing my existing modified warehouse flat roof with Duro-last system. His professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge, and patience in handling my specific issues were very important to my complete customer satisfaction.

January 2022 In December 2021, A to Z Roofing and Exteriors performed a complete replacement of my dimensional shingle roof, after my roof was severely damaged by a hail storm in late August 2021. I could not be more pleased and impressed with A to Z during the entire project experience. This opinion is based in large part upon the work of Bree Beem and Tim Webster.
Their attitude is one of professionalism and persistence, while being down to earth (real). It showed throughout this process. Bree and Tim both performed superbly. Bree took the lead on resolving details and other issues with my insurance carrier, alleviating me from having to do so. All items were resolved and the roof and gutter replacement proceeded without disagreement about the project scope and insurance payments. Tim was the on-site project manager who initially got the ball rolling, explained the process, answered questions, fielded concerns, etc.
Either Tim or Bree was my point of contact and one was always available. The other persons I dealt with, including Corey, Mike and Lorenzo of A to Z, as well as Jesus (vent guy) and his partner, along with the two gutter installers - they all represented A to Z Roofing extremely well. The roof replacement, gutter replacement and additional vent installation took place quickly, over a two-day period around December 20, 2021.
Very quick and complete - the roof and gutters look great! One final item of note I can point out concerns communication and documentation. Throughout the entire process A to Z consistently provided complete and easy-to-understand reference materials regarding the company's step-by-step activities. A to Z enabled a personal web site for my specific project. Then, at the project's conclusion, A to Z provided a complete (PDF format) file of project documents (e.g. complete contract, warranty information, release of lien, etc.) - important project items that were provided as a matter of course by Bree Beem on behalf of A to Z.
Again a highly valuable and professional action from A to Z Roofing. To recap again, the work product of A to Z Roofing and Exteriors, including the actual roof and gutter replacement, along with added ventilation, but also the delivery of needed communication and essential ending documentation package met every one of my expectations. There are so many individuals at A to Z Roofing & Exteriors to thank! Our project manager, Matt Lort and Josh went above and beyond in making sure that the roof and other materials we asked for would be completed! They were kind, professional and patient. Matt was always available to answer our questions and got back to us almost immediately! We trusted that Matt had our backs! And, with us, trust is everything! Lorenzo and his men were one of the best roofing teams I have ever seen.
Each knew their jobs and the teamwork was incredible! A to Z's Management staff, Bree and Jennifer, were very professional, efficient and kind. Fantastic job on my old leaking roof! Replaced skylights roof and gutters! I highly recommend this company don't waste your money using anyone else! Fast efficient and friendly! Great job! A to Z Roofing is great. Their carpentry staff did a great job repairing and replacing some of the damaged soffits and matching the paint. The roof installation took only one day to complete and after they were done, the clean up was good, looked like they were not even here. The seamless gutter replacement went well also and only took one day. The staff at A to Z is very professional and knowledgeable. Jeremy was very helpful, answered all my questions and helped thru the insurance procedures. I highly recomend A to Z Roofing and will not hesitate to call them for any future needs. Max S.

I got in touch with their lead Sales Rep., Jeremy K., and he was there with me every step of the way. He prepped me for the process of getting in touch with my insurance company, was there with them while they did the inspection/claim, assisted in any questions or concerns they had, and helped us with determining what type of roof and gutters we would like to have.
Their team was great! They were there when they said they would be, completed my house AND garage in less than two days, and made sure to clean up each day. I was referred to A to Z by the best man in my wedding who is in the roofing business, so I knew they would be great to work with. Jeremy and team were amazing! They helped us work through the entire process, from the insurance adjustor, selecting the best product, scheduling the work quickly and, most importantly, removing and replacing a wonderful roof and awning. A to Z replaced some flashing on our roof a few years ago, and did a beautiful job, and were able to match the shingles exactly. Also, my husband had built a patio roof and covered it with sheet roofing. When that blew off in a storm a few years later, A to Z replaced it with shingles, again doing a wonderful job of matching the shingles. They came out quickly both times, and did great work for a very good price. We highly recommend them!
