The owner of this business is not responsive. I also do not feel his roofing job was thorough. I used his company almost 2 years ago because he fixed a small leak when we first bought the house 20 years ago. The owner was RARELY here to install the new roof, as opposed to what he said when selling me the new roof. In adddition, I had to call him 3 times within 3 months of installation because of a leak in one of my dormers.
And he was like "what's the problem" with an attitude when he came. I had to show him where the leak was and then his worker fixed it. Because we didn't have much snow last year, I didn't have a leak. Now I called him 2 weeks ago and still have not gotten a call back. And with the snow this past week, I now have a HUGE leak where he FIXED THE LEAK ORIGINALLY. I would NOT recommend this company.

We had Rob and his crew install a new roof last week. Rob and his crew did exactly what was expected. There were not issues or surprises EXCEPT I never realized how important the weather forecast was. For two of days the crew stayed late (long day) because of the following days weather forecast. The project was done on time on budget We definitely would recommend to our friends and neighbors.
