Your guy came out the other morning and I liked what he had to say. I signed up that day. I had some holes in my roof and some hidden rot. Rod assured me that Alvin Ballard Roofing would not roof over rotted decking. He replaced all the rotted wood and gave me pictures of what he replaced before it was covered up. I appreciate that. I know what they did and feel good about the work. It looks great and it was less than I thought it would be!

Rod came out the day I called asking for an estimate and we signed up that day. Turns out you did a roof for my cousin in Central! Your delivery guy got stuck in my yard but Rod called the necessary people and had it all put back like new! And, the roof looks great.
