American Dream Home Improvements replaced our hail damaged three-tab shingles with architectural shingles. They were prompt. The roof looks great and they cleaned up all the mess afterwards.

The salesman, Joe Kindregan Jr., has been very responsive to our questions and was thorough during initial inspection and during the meeting with our insurance adjuster. We feel they offered an exceptional product at competitive prices. The "crew" arrived a half a day earlier than expected, which was perfectly fine with us. They were courteous, efficient and we feel that their work exceeds our expectations.

We now look forward to getting the gutters installed. We would highly recommend American Dream Home Improvement to any of our friends or family, and have already. We feel we received the best service and product possible.Thank you Joe and the rest of the American Dream Home Improvement Crew.

It is a good company in the back office. The workers well they need to understand the language. They throwing things off the roof. A young men. One of the guys told him to stop. The front small roof wasn't completely nailed down just the edges. Me and my neighbor help pick up nails that the device couldn't pick up. I had food next to my garage door I picked up. They had to use my electric for there tools. My husband said it okay but he doesn't pay this bill. They need a generator for there tools. The roof looks nice overall.

I hired AmeriPro Roofing for my roof and siding and I am extremely happy with the results. My assigned Sales Manager was Barry and he was extremely professional, understanding and delivered exactly what he promised! My Account Managers were Chuck and Mireya and they were absolutely fabulous! I appreciate all three taking the time to answer all my questions and taking the time to explain everything to me during the process.

The crew worked efficiently and notified me of any issues that arose so I wasn't left in the dark about anything. I definitely recommend this company and these individuals for your roofing and siding needs!

Although I was not able to utilize their services, I was very pleased with their company representative Brandon. He was very polite and professional. I am a stickler for promptness and Brandon was just that.on time! He explained everything to me in regards to my free inspection he provided and how the process was going to unfold with my insurance company. Sadly, it was my insurance company that dropped the ball more than once! Brandon stayed in constant communication and unlike my insurance was more than happy to answer all and any questions that I had.

Including that my coverage was being extended because there is damage and my insurance company is well aware. Brandon is very knowledgeable of this process and more than educated me on a great deal that I was never aware of. Due to negligence and flat out ghosting by my insurance we were not able to get the job done. Brandon politely thanked me for my patience throughout and when it was clear no work was going to be done he not only apologized (for doing nothing wrong I might add) but encouraged me to leave a review even if it wasn't a glowing one with bells and whistles of the work done.

He asked me to just be honest. Honestly, I can say Brandon is a solid representative for his employer and absolutely went above and beyond even at the end when it was clear no work was to be done he actually brought my trash can up to my garage from the end of the driveway. No sale, no checks collected, no money in his pocket but brought up my trash cans out of kindness and respect. 5 stars for Brandon. Negative 12 for my insurance. Ameripro be proud and if you have more reps like this young man you are in a solid spot.

Due to storm damage we had to replace our roof in Streamwood, IL. The AmeriPro sales representative - Barry, stood by our side throughout the entire process. He dealt with my insurance company, reviewed all the work required, and supported getting the approval. The work was scheduled in a timely manner. The existing roof was removed, and they installed shingles, felt, starter, ridge, ice and water shield, vents and flashing.

They also removed all of the old debris. They've also included a warranty. We have since called about a small request (today), they responded within 4 hours, and are sending someone out already in next few days. Job well done.

Benito Miceli has already succeeded three claims for me. One last year and two this year. On behalf of the AmeriPro roofing, Benito checked my properties for the hail damage last year and won my trust quickly by his expertise, honesty, patience, and kindness. The whole claim process is pretty smooth with Benito's help and full supports. The job quality is high.

When I saw the door to door sales person I thought " here we go again". He explained he was there to do a free roof inspection, kept it short and to the point. I let him know our roof was just inspected two months ago and amazingly he didn't apply the high pressure sales tactics. Left a brochure for future which I would at least consider this company if I did need a roofing service. First impression gets 4 stars simply because I still believe if I want a service I will seek it out myself. But this one was professional and appropriate at least.

Upon them first coming to my house, I have to say I was a bit skeptical at first. But after using them and going through them, I do have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed! April first came to my door after a hail storm this summer and informed me that after a hail storm, roofs typically can get damaged. They did everything they could to get my new roof approved by my insurance company.

After approval, I did run into a bit of a financial bind however, and they were more than happy and willing to work with me on this! I would 10/10 recommend them for any type of repairs! I know I will continue to go through them!

Wow! Just wow. I can not tell you how amazing AmeriPro has been. They came highly recommended by my neighbor, but I did a little research beforehand and am so grateful I decided to use the company. I'm the kind of person who needs a bit of handholding and a lot of explanations, and I got just that. Benito Miceli was first rate! He did a preliminary roof inspection, was available when my adjuster came by, answered my thousand text and email inquiries, and gave me a great deal!
