This company is a first class act! Zach and Wes were completely responsive and attentive to our needs. When it came to completing the work, the team was clean, thorough and professional. Most companies that give you a quote ahead of the project will either finish the job at the price given or higher. Not these guys, the job was finished at less than originally quoted. My wife and I will be sure to use them again on future projects.

Back replaced our deck the old one was rotted & shoddily made. We told them just how we wanted it to go & they've done it. They are almost finished and would you believe they are even sanding the rails. We have had two other decks built before at other houses & this is by far the best. We want it covered but can't afford it right now so they built the bottom with that in mind.

We have had them do indoor work & are always surprised that they go over & above what others do. Ok, Back is a bit more expensive but not the most. They are most definitely WORTH IT. Having work done in the winter during the pandemic has its own challenges but they have met them all. 3/2/22 Today we had our driveway widened to accommodate a third car.

The guys from Back got a subcontractor called Plaster Concrete & they had been out a few days before to do the prep work & today did the concrete work. They were here about 8 am & the cement mixer arrived at about 8:45. They worked very hard to make it look as perfect as concrete can look. It's symmetric with the other side of the driveway so that it fits in perfectly.

They did great work & it looks great! In about 2 weeks it'll be cured & we will begin using it. Now we won't have to worry about having a car on the street. Thanks guys for doing another great job for us by getting us a great group to take care of us.

BACK recently installed crown molding, trim, and baseboards in our living room and kitchen. Wes Dickerson was our initial contact. He measured, answered questions, made suggestions and, within a few day, provided a detailed written job summary and estimate. Schon Holman, the project manager, was quick to respond to any concern or question throughout the project.

He was professional, good-natured, and conscientious. His team of carpenters and painters were skilled craftspeople. We were particularly happy with the work of finish carpenter Tom Gebhart, and with painters Callie and Freddy. Everyone showed up at the promised times. They were accommodating and considerate and tidied up at the end of each work day.

The job was completed on time, within the original cost estimate, and the finished project was better than we had envisioned. When we need similar work in the future, we will be calling BACK.

We used Back Construction to put a new roof on our home. The entire experience was first rate. They tore off our old roof and put a new one on in one day! The Back team of Wes Dickerson, Schon Holman and the dry wall repair and painting team of Victor and Ruben not only met our expectations but exceeded them! From start to finish they exhibited a very high level of knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. The original estimate of a four day repair job ended up taking only two! Back Construction is the place I will call for future projects and it is the company I will highly recommend to others based upon our experience.

Hired BACK Construction to install four Velux Skylights in our Family Room. Brian Beihn provided us the estimate and scope of work. His estimate was very thorough and detailed. We got several other estimates from various other contractors. Some higher and some lower in price. Brian's attention to detail and professionalism on the estimate alone made us feel confident that BACK Construction was the contractor to go with. Schon Holman was assigned as our Project Manager.

At our pre-construction meeting Schon and Brian informed us of the process and how things would progress with our project. Much to our surprise, the project went exactly as they said it would and with out any issue. Schon, along with Zach Winnbrenner and Jon Hodnett, provided the absolute best service we could have asked for. I would highly recommend BACK Construction and will be using them again in the future. Honestly, I probably won't even waste my time getting additional estimates for the next project.

I would pay more just have the sense of security knowing that the job will be done right! If you want your project to drag on and on with countless issues, then hire that low bid Jake-Leg contractor you were considering. If you want your project handled with professionalism and to be of quality work then hire Back. If you want the job done right, on schedule and on budget, then hire BACK!

I hired Back Construction to repair my deck. Jason Worrel came out to look over the needed repairs. He presented me with a fair estimate which I accepted. Schon Holman did the repair on the deck. He was efficient, neat and very professional. When I received the final bill I was shocked. I was charged only 1/4 of the actual estimate. They were excellent to work with and I will be calling them in the future for any other projects around my home.

Our experience with Back Construction was excellent! They were top notch professionals, starting with their estimator Jason Worrell, Kevin Wesley project manager, Tom Gebhart lead carpenter, and Schon Holman working supervisor/carpenter. Highly recommend Back Construction! They screened in part of our deck and built a pergola. The project went smooth from beginning to end. The sales manager and project manager were easy to work with and took everything into consideration. The work crew were very professional, on time and cleaned up daily. Our screened in porch has become our favorite part of the house! We will definitely be using Back Construction again.

Won't get our business. We sent a email last Friday and was told someone would contact us Monday and nothing. Late Thursday rolls around and finally someone to call but couldn't answer cause of a meeting. They called back today. And BOOM! All we was asking was to add a second level and open the main level up to a open floor plan. Plus a master bedroom on the main floor and move the kitchen. The guy never hesitated and said $300,000 or your best bet is to tear it down and rebuild or sell it. SMH.

I wholeheartedly recommend BACK Construction. They recently renovated our front porch. It was literally falling down with rotten columns and splintered wood trim. They made it look absolutely brand new while keeping the historic character of the porch. and adding some nice little touches like exterior lighting and a new power outlet for the. front of the house.

The construction process was seamless and very well-managed, and the price was more than fair. Huge kudos to the BACK team and special thanks to Nate for expert guidance of this project!

I had a terrible experience with their design planning. I wanted a whole house design before starting on a kitchen renovation so I could have a cohesive style. I was promised a whole house design for $4000 or. less, based on $100/hr of work. After a couple of meeting and a few back and forth emails I was given a plan that was entirely unusable. The layout of the kitchen they proposed resulted in a living room with no wall space remaining for a TV or fireplace.

When I asked about this, I was told they were unsure what the measurements were. How can you plan for a renovation and not know what the results will look like and how it will affect the living space? Unfortunately the exterior design.

I called for a small bathroom update and flooring in kitchen and bathroom. I was told by Nicole I would receive a phone call that day or late afternoon. Believing the many ads I heard on WVLK Jack Pattie show, I took her at her word. not hearing a word from them, I called Nicole again and she said they had the message and they would call that day. Well, needless to say, I am still waiting. I guess there are jobs too small. So disappointed in all areas. O stars

BACK Construction makes remodeling painless! Like a good surgeon, they take LOTS of time with planning. Before doing a project, they make sure they understand your wishes and concerns, have all the materials available, and have the professionals available before scheduling. Then, with excellent craftsmanship and patience----they GET IT DONE! I was. able to sell my previous home quickly because BACK had remodeled my bathroom.

It was one of the best in the neighborhood! BACK has remodeled my condo. Everyday I wake up, and I'm happy that it is so beautiful, safe, and super high quality. Just got a quote of $951.00 labor to replace a standard 6 panel door. extremely overpriced for a small job. (Door not included)

I'm no general contractor, but as a big fan of This Old House and Hometime on PBS, I had a pretty good idea of what I expected for my home's exterior renovation. I knew siding, windows and doors would be a big investment regardless of who did the work, so of top importance for me was that it was all done right. Time was also of the essence with winter approaching and a newborn on the way.

Back quickly quoted the job, demonstrated a complete understanding of the task and requirements, and executed quickly and professionally. No shortcuts were taken, their quote proved to be accurate, and the time & material costs were very reasonable considering the fixes that were being made. Confidence in a job done well and on time is why I would recommend Back without hesitation.
