Budget Construction Company is the best construction company that I had ever dealt with. Don Schneider, the president is honest and easy to talk to. The workers are very professional, friendly, prompt and do not take shortcuts. They replaced my garage roof, installed gutters with leaf guards and oversized downspouts, capped the fascia and garage doors with aluminum, built a hatch door, closed the A/C opening, and replaced some of the asphalt-stained siding panels. These workers did an outstanding job! I highly recommend this construction company. I will hire this company soon to do my next project.

I bought a condo in downtown Chicago and updated the whole thing. Budget was so responsive and detail oriented. They update the bathroom, gutted and updated the kitchen, put in a new divider, and updated the walk in closets. In the middle of the project, the floors needed to be redone because of a flood in the building (no fault of the construction) and Budget was so helpful and patient in making sure the repairs were done quickly and I received so many compliments on my first home. I was shocked at how affordable it was. Their quotes were accurate and they were attentive and fair from the beginning. Here are the before and afters. Thanks so much!

I had a great experience with using Budget construction. They remodeled my bathroom on schedule all while keeping me below budget. Not many places I can say can accomplish that. Called to get an estimate on garage had an appointment never showed up. I called the office, some woman who I do not think knew what she was talking about said they tried calling me the day before to say they could not make it. Never received any message, or phone call from this company. I asked if they could reschedule. They now say that written estimates cost money, not according to the website. I just don't think they wanted the job and or to drive to Waukegan. Bad business, and they are recommended by the BBB? Really what a joke.
