David and his crew were prompt and professional. The estimate was right on from the perspective of cost and time. The job was done to my satisfaction. I added a few items to the scope and David was reactive. Extremely pleased.

Capital removed an old rubber roof that was leaking and replaced it with a new one including flashing, Dave is great at explaining what he is doing and why. He came to look at job on the day it was finished and had his crew come back because he didn't like the aesthetics of the flashing on the front of the house. They also did a little patch on the roof of my porch at no charge
