I had noticed a leak coming inside the house from I assumed one of the roof vents. We called and they were out within a few days to check for me. They took pictures and showed me some cracks around the vents. I also asked what they thought of the condition of my roof in general. They were very honest and said it probably had a few more years on it. No pressure on trying to sell me something I did not need. They were back in a few days to do the repair. We have had several days of rain since then and no more leaks!

Conner roofing was the best out several companies we had out for an estimate. They provided several options for us on shingles and gutters. They took our needs into consideration and explained every step in the process. They are professional. There were on schedule and their work was quality and timely. I would definitely use them again.

I had a lot of trepidation about embarking on this home improvement project; after all, a roof is one of the most important aspects of a home, and I wanted confidence in its aesthetics, quality, and longevity. After requesting multiple bids, I immediately knew that I wanted Conner Roofing to do the job. When James came out to inspect our old roof, in order to provide the bid, he answered every single question I threw at him.

It was obvious that he had extensive knowledge about the product he was selling and was able to offer detailed solutions to all aspects of our roof. On the day of our roof install, Conner Roofing showed up on time with a very committed and hardworking crew. The job was carried out with great care, efficiency, and attention to detail and quality. We were kept apprised of the stages of the project as the roof was installed. Conner Roofing replaced our roof and gutters, and we are thrilled with the results.

Recent heavy rains have already demonstrated immense improvement in water evacuation from our gutters. Conner Roofing achieves that which is very difficult to achieve...an intersection of great value, high quality of work, and immense trust. We are so grateful for the wonderful service which they provided us. It's clear that Rob Conner cares a great deal about the customer, his company, and his integrity. I would highly recommend them!!

Conner Roofing is excellent! From promptly coming to the house for the bid to getting the work done by the deadline we needed it, everything was flawless. Our chimney needed rebuilt and flashing added and they did a fabulous job on everything. The crew had it all done in one day and was very through with the clean up. Chris came out to communicate the progress during the day of the job and was wonderful through the whole process. The supervising team was around frequently and very approachable during the work. When unexpected changes happened they communicated quickly and were very knowledgeable about what the price impacts would be. I chose to replace the decking same day (my choice) to increase the sturdiness of the old weak undersized boards and the job was still completed in less than a day. The final look is very clean without a single imperfection that I could find.

We used Conner roofing a year ago to replace our shingles and properly flash our front dormer that was leaking. Fast forward to this year when we added a dormer to the rear of our house, and we knew exactly who to call. They did an amazing job shingling and counter flashing to tie into the old roof. I highly recommend these guys as they went above and beyond my expectations for both projects.

This is an overdue review. I had my roof done back in Sept. 2020, and it's been holding up great! Not one issue with the roof or a single callback since. Highly recommend Rob and his crew.

In addition to services listed, they completed the flashing, tuckpointing, and crown for my chimney. Very professional and courteous. They kept me updated on scheduling status and gave me advance notice when they were on their way. I planned my project based on the recommendations of another company - I said I needed to replace my fascia as part of the gutter replacement.

The information initially received was flawed, and when Conner's team got in there, it turned out my fascia was fine. Instead of taking the traditional route of replacing it and moving along, they took the time to call me and ask if I still wanted to replace, considering the true condition. I appreciate that they had enough consideration not only for my budget, but for me as a homeowner, to keep me apprised and offer me the opportunity to save some money and provide me with a little extra knowledge.

They also went above and beyond by shoring up some spots where my shingles were too short, extending the roof far enough for my gutters to do their job. I will definitely call them back when it's time to replace my roof and siding!

We worked with Conner Roofing (directly with James K.) for a new roof. He showed up to actually check out our house instead of just using satellite imaging to potentially charge us for something we may not have needed. Helped us to make the best decision by getting us samples and providing suggestions for things we may not have considered. Was able to complete the job slightly earlier than projected, too.

He and his team were onsite when they promised and completed the job, day-of, right when expected. Conner Roofing's quote came in under others, and we appreciated that they stand by their work so much that they don't ask for any payment until the work is completed. We never once questioned our choice to go with them, and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience working with Conner Roofing. Thanks to some serious tree damage, we had our roof inspected and quickly found that the entire roof needed to be replaced. Conner Roofing was able to fit us in very quickly and immediately came over to assess our needs while working hand in hand with then insurance company. The Project Manager clearly communicated how the process would work.

We were thrilled that they could get started so quickly. On the day of the roof replacement, the team showed up around 7 AM and immediately got to work. They were finished by mid-afternoon and our new roof and color look incredible. The Connor team also had to get creative with matching gutter guards; they developed an innovative and cost-effective solution. We experienced a great deal of communication and professionalism in working with Conner Roofing and we can not recommend them enough.

The whole process went very well. The roof was completely replaced, with an upgraded roof. And with new pipe and step flashing. Guttering was also replaced. Everyone did a great job and cleaned all debrie from the property. Had several neighbors comment on how nice the house looked. Job was completed on time.

They came out and explained what was wrong with the roof and was willing to work with insurance. We have used them on 2 occasions at different homes and have been very satisfied both times.

Rob came out to look at a small leak that developed in a fairly new roof. He came out for an inspection and estimate and found that it was only a popped roof nail and fixed it on the spot, no charge. He also noticed that the chimney needed tuck pointing and gave us an estimate for that. The bid was in the mid range of bids that we received for the job and we awarded the contract to him.

His service was prompt and he did an excellent job, he provided us with pictures of the before and after chimney repair. We will use him again for any of our roofing repairs in the future and I would highly recommend his services to others.

I had Conner Roofing come to inspect & quote my roof after I was told by a different company that I needed a whole new roof due to storm damage & improper sealing. Guess what? No storm damage & the sealing is fine. It just needed a small patch job after the previous owner's satellite dish was left on the roof & was the origin of a small leak. No insurance claim, no deductible to pay.

In fact the job was a fraction of the cost of a deductible. Thank you James at Conner Roofing for your honesty. It's good to know that this company prides themselves on doing a good job & doing the right thing. I will definitely use them for any roofing, siding or gutter needs without hesitation.

Conner Roofing was amazing to work with. They beat a half dozen other companies on bid price, responsiveness, and speed to completion.They did a great job and their work came with a warranty. They will be the first I call for all future projects!

Connor roofing did a great job on our rental property in the city. The roof was literally on its last leg and Rob bought us another 10-15 years at a reasonable price! He doesn't "sell" extras that you may or may not need. He listens to your goals and provides the appropriate solution. Happy with the work a few days post completion. Definitely recommend. We selected Conner Roofing based on a neighborhood recommendation after we found a leak in the roof. Rob's team repaired the leak right away and inspected the roof. Upon discovering significant hail damage, he coordinated an inspection of the roof with my insurance agent. While we had a few delays because of weather and circumstances out of our control, Rob's communication kept us informed of the timeline to complete the work.
