We found Eclipse when looking to have a Velux skylight installed. After having a wonderful first experience, we decided to employ them again when we needed an entire roof replacement and box gutter resealing. We worked with Justin, who was always prompt with his communication and transparent about the work being done. You could tell he wanted to ensure we were pleased with the work.

The roof replacement took about 2 days, and afterward we had a concern and Justin swiftly sent someone out for an inspection at no additional cost. We HIGHLY recommend Eclipse for any roofing needs, as we felt they were very transparent and genuine in a field where that isn't always the case! If we ever need additional work done, we'll be calling on our friends there!

We highly recommend Eclipse Roofing! We were so impressed with the professionalism of the sales people, Alec and Justin. After discovering our leak was due to storm damage they took the time to explain the entire process we would go through to file a claim with our insurance company. They even came back out to our house to meet our adjuster on the roof during the inspection process.

We met with them once again to pick out the color of our new roof and go over the installation process. Never once did they pass us off to another member of their team after they made the sale. They genuinely seemed to care about us. This feeling was even reinforced further when we had an emergency at my mother-in-laws house and Alec came right away to see if the water was entering her house due to an issue with her roof/siding.

The communication between us and Eclipse was excellent. The office staff was very willing to provide us with addresses of houses in our area so we could drive by and look at various colors, in the real world, instead of just viewing them online. The install crew was amazing too. They showed up on time, worked very hard and cleaned up completely when they were done. Shouting a huge THANK YOU to everyone at Eclipse Roofing for making the whole process stress free, especially Alec and Justin who went above and beyond what we expected.

Hired Eclipse for a roof replacement, gutter replacement and ridge vent installation. They made it out quickly for an estimate and came in slightly below others on the estimate. The project manager Justin was very responsive to questions, they were able to fit me in last minute on a job, so I wound up getting the new roof about 4 days after signing the contract.

The roof previously leaked through a HWH vent that was improperly weather-proofed by another company 5 years ago. with the first heavy rain last night, I'm now leak free! Will be looking at them for siding and windows next year!

During a recent high-wind storm, we had a few shingles get blown off our roof. I house was under contract and I wanted to make sure the repairs were done quickly for the buyers of the home and to not delay anything. Jacob with Eclipse came out the day after the storm and gave me a quote. They were going to put up a temporary tarp the next day, but they were able to quickly find the exact shingle and repaired it.

Within 48 hours they had quoted and repaired my roof. While I know it would be difficult for them to do bigger jobs in this timeframe, I appreciated their responsiveness. Jacob owned the issue and saw it through to its resolution.

After several other roofers looked at our roof and gave us quotes, Alec Simpson with Eclipse was the first to identify wind damage on our old roof and get our insurance company to help us with the cost of the replacement. He met with the adjuster which agreed to pay for a portion of the cost. Tony and his guys that did the work went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done correctly. They properly installed flashing that hadn't been right for many years and made the whole job look really nice. I highly recommend them.

I had my gutters replaced in 2019. They did a good job and the price was reasonable. I had a roof leak this year and had trouble getting someone out to get it looked at. However, when I decided to get my roof replaced after attempting numerous repairs with other companies, Eclipse was very responsive and quick to get me scheduled. I am happy with my new roof and believe it was a fair price.

During Covid we added some gutters added to our detached garage and they did a great job with all the restrictions at the time. The only con was it took longer for them to start the work per the contract. Our rep was great at telling us the reason for the delay and all information needed for us to make an informed decision. Once work started they were in and out quick with amazing work. A year later and several storms the gutters work amazing with no issues. Well worth the wait and great price.

As a Project Engineer, working with contractors is routine for me. Eclipse Roofing is as fine a team as I have had the pleasure to work with. Owner James Reynolds came out several time to review, discuss options and was quick to respond to emails and text. As I always work to give contractors an equal chance. James was wiling to adjust his materials list so I could compare apples to apples.

In the end he wasn't far off and was willing to price match. He and another good company were neck and neck but his company was large enough to get me scheduled before Thanksgiving as I had hoped. I met the crew and watch them work. Eclipse Project Manager Alec Simpson came out a couple of times to see that everything was on track and made quick adjustments as needed to stay on track.

One of the gray areas in pricing a roof is the decking that may need replaced and typically priced per sheet. The crew did an excellent job in only replacing small sections instead of entire boards. I had a couple of roof repairs done and gutters installed. Everything was done but I had roof leaks in the same place as before. Mr. Alex Johnson came out and checked everything and Eclipse came back and got everything straightened out. I can't expect everybody to be perfect, but when they're willing to stand behind their work and make everything right for the customer, that's about as perfect as I can hope for!

We had our exterior wood wrapped and gutters replaced. Eclipse Roofing did an excellent job. This is our second time to hire them. They also replaced our roof several years ago. I would hire them again. We were pleased with all aspects of the job. Services: Remodelling, Gutter installation

Eclipse replaced the siding and kitchen door on our home, there were a few delays and issues (thanks COVID) but when we were finally able to schedule our installation the team was friendly, professional, and efficient and the new improvements look beautiful! They were extremely concerned that we were happy with the work when it was finished and even sent out a door specialist to correct some small issues fitting the new door into our older not quite standard home.

In the end everything looks and functions perfectly and we couldn't be happier. They also went above and beyond and walked through the financing with us to make sure everything was set up and ready for payment. Good experience and fantastic results!

Eclipse did an outstanding job on my roof and gutters. I had wind damage and the decking had to be completely replaced. Alec went above and beyond working with my insurance to get it all covered. The roofers came and stayed 16 hours until my roof was completed. They came back another day and worked on my shed. We opted to gutters as well and they look amazing.

We also has some water damage inside that was repaired well. Alec took care of it all. He was easy to communicate with and very responsive. He coordinated all of these repairs and it all went rather smoothly. All of the work was done within a few weeks. I could go on and on. If I ever need work done again Eclipse will be my first call.

We had terrible wood rot on the back of our house. Eclipse Roofing and Restoration did a great job fixing the wood, wrapping the area with house wrap, adding flashing under my windows, and replacing the vinyl siding. They were very professional and always responded quickly to my emails. They communicated great and were always on time with a call ahead to let me know they were on their way. I definitely recommend Eclipse Roofing and Restoration.

We contracted with Eclipse to remove and replace existing roofing and gutters and add a gutter and downspout to the back deck. They also replaced the aluminum trim around one of our garage doors. All estimates and work was done in a timely manner and communication and updates throughout the process were excellent. The quality of the work and attention to detail is first-rate. Alec and Jim were great to work with and were accessible to answer any question that I had no matter how small. Highly recommend and will use them again if the need arises.

Alec Simpson was professional and great to work with. He was very timely in looking at my home and getting a quote back to me. The office staff was very friendly as well. They scheduled and completed my job with great professionalism. I had tried an independent contractor at first but no one would come out and others wouldn't return my calls. I got tired of the "run around" and I finally called Eclipse Roofing and they took care of me!

I would DEFINITELY recommend Eclipse Roofing! Even though my job was a small one (a small gutter and a downspout) they were happy to take care of it and they did a WONDERFUL JOB!
