We were under a tight schedule to get the work done by the deadline for the insurance. The crew came in a week after signed the commitment. They replaced the roof including a new deck in a day and a half. They did a great job. I would recommend using them on your project.

After several bids from other Roofing companies, we decided to use Elliott. They were so professional and made sure we understood every step of the process. Since we were expecting a change in the weather they brought two crews and completed the job within 12 hours on one day. This included new decking, among all the other components of a new roof.

Each person was dedicated to doing the best quality job and it shows. They came back the following day to inspect the work and examine the property to ensure they had cleaned meticulously. Michael Sorvig, the sales representative was especially professional, honest, and patient and explained every step of the process. He is an outstanding communicator. Drew, the general manager was very helpful and on top of everything through the entire process, and kept us informed. Raul, is one of their field supervisors and when we told him we needed special treatment for a couple of parts of our roof, he personally handled those parts, and reexamined the entire roof for us. We could not be more impressed with their work and their customer service. We highly recommend Elliott Roofing.

I had 2 shingles that were barely hanging on, I called Elliott Roofing to get a quote, Michael Sorvig got back to me very quickly. He got my home address and went out immediately, called me and said he sealed them up for me. He did that out of kindness. Chris came up with an excellent idea how to solve the roof problem on my home. I didn't understand the concept; he ordered a sample to try out his plan, plus he was very patient with me when I still didn't understand the process. I am impressed and quite satisfied with the results and with the cost!

Our house needed a new roof after surviving several storms. We called one company which were going to "play with the numbers" so we would not have to pay our deductible. This did not seem like an honest company. We called Elliott roofing. They were honest; did not have to over bill our insurance company. We paid our agreed deductible and the cost fell in line with the money received by insurance.

We got a top of the line roof and gutters. As we wanted to paint the house, too, the gutter contractor had no problem waiting for us to finish before installing their product. They also installed new skylights which we paid extra for. Prompt, reliable, professional craftsmanship. Remember- if a company will cheat your insurance company, they'll cheat you too. I'm so glad we chose Elliott roofing!

Alexi answered on the first call, scheduled an appointment right away, out the very next day, arrived on time, wearing a mask, super professional and kind, thorough, took pic of the issue to explain the problem, quickly solved it for a very fair price! Elliott did a great job and was easy to work with. The weather did not cooperate, but the project manager kept me informed of the delay and anticipated start date. Once underway, the weather was still trouble, and the foreman communicated the plan for each day. I wanted to have the house painted between yroof and gutter install, and Elliott's subcontracted gutter guy was also a pleasure. I would highly recommend Elliott.

I can't say enough great things about Elliott Roofing! In the process of selling my house, we found there was significant roof damage that need to be fixed. Chris Marlatt was able to quickly come out and assess the situation and get the repairs made! He also noticed that my insurance company had a mis-measured the roof and therefore was not paying me correctly for the claim.

He made sure to personally contact the insurance adjuster and give them the correct dimensions to ensure that the claim was corrected. Overall, such high quality work and incredible customer service!
