Esh Home Improvement did our home's complete stucco remediation and replacement with Hardie siding. I chose them amongst 8 contractors I spoke to and am very happy with my decision. Their work is extremely good with strong attention to detail. The crew is professional, friendly and very hard working. Each day they cleaned up the site before leaving.
On top of that they were great value, quoting a fair price and not overcharging for any of the extra work. The owner Aaron worked with me on designing the windows look the way I wanted yet kept it within my budget. When I compare their work to other houses with remediation, I can see a huge difference in little things like miter cuts to better water management blocks to seal and paint on every single corner. Full stucco remediation is expensive and a harrowing process, but these guys made it a lot easier. Highly recommended for any home or roof remodeling project.

Kore and his crew were professional, hardworking gentlemen and their craftsmanship was great. Kore communicated daily with us and kept us informed as the project progressed. Their work is of the best quality and perfection a company could possibly provide. We had our 30 year-old metal siding replaced within a week by a very professional and upbeat crew. Our new siding and gutters are stunning and we couldn't be more happy with the result. During the process they had brought to our attention the water damage that's been wearing away the framing around our patio and tended to the issue promptly and efficiently. We had a very good experience with Esh Home improvement company and we definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to do any roofing, siding, or windows replacement project. We bought a foreclosure home, which needed significant renovation. There were two costly renovations; re-roofing, and replacing 21 windows. I received 5 estimates for each of them.
Under each category, I got three estimates from Amish companies, including Esh Home Improvement, and two local non-Amish. The estimates ranged between 10K to 20k for roof and 13.5K to 22K for replacing all 21 windows. Among the all contractors, there were only three companies who really took time to accurately measure the roof and gave us a reasonable estimate with good quality materials, and guess what, all three were Amish companies.
And among those, Esh home improvement gave us a reasonable price with a good package and high quality work. Aaron Esh, the owner o the company, was very responsive to all of our concerns and accommodated us earlier than anticipated project time. Ben, the foreman at the construction site, was very professional and polite. Dave, Elner, Arlin, and Josh worked really hard on the roof and windows and they finished the job within a one-week time frame.
They were at site at 7:00 am and started working right or even before 7:30 am until 4:30 PM. The roof has a 50-year warranty and the windows are premium new construction windows (Paradigm brand). To sum, Esh home improvement company provided us a high quality package that was competitive in price and quality. Remember! No construction job would be perfect if you do not have patience and proper communication skills. Bear in mind that phone conversation and more traditional methods are typical means of communications with Amish companies. They tend to limit their use of internet.
