I hired them for basically a full house remodel including the kitchen and bathroom. Both rooms were fully gutted and updated. Luis was patient, courteous, and offered helpful suggestions to make the process easier. Everything was done timely and the results come out beautifully. I would highly recommend them for any housing remodel and repairiny needs. No matter the size of the job, they will get it done.

Luis and his team did an amazing job bringing my vision to life. We started with a photo from Houzz magazine and the transformation was unbelievable! His team is professional, quick and clean. Luis did such an amazing job that we decided to renovated the other 2 full bathrooms midway into the project. As a general contractor Luis and PM Maintenance took over the home renovations and we had the whole house painted and new carpet in each bedroom. Along the way I changed my mind alot! He always said, "My goal is to make you happy. as long as you are happy with the final result, we can make the changes". He is amazing!

My daughter recommended Luis and I am so happy she did. Luis and his team did an amazing job with my home renovations. The renovations included 2 full and one half bathrooms, deck rebuild, furniture assembly, ceiling fan installations, and whole house painting. Luis was extremely patient and explained the impact of decisions as a result of my last minute design changes and questions about the process.

Luis did a full bathroom remodel and replaced the ceiling in another room for us. He had great recommendations on project materials and design. Luis and team came to our home to do a large paint project along with various handyman projects that came up along the way. They did an excellent job, communication was on point. The value was a great deal for the quality of work! We look forward to having Luis on call for any of our future projects. They even started our project a day ahead of schedule which was ideal because it meant a sooner completion date. Would 100% recommend!

Luis did an outstanding interior painting job for our two daughter's bedrooms. Our original painter fell through and I contacted Luis at the last minute. He immediately responded and turned our unexpected circumstance into a wonderful experience. Our daughter's rooms turned out great. Before he left, he had us come inspect the room and let us know he was available to return if we needed anything. We will definitely use Luis again for our home improvement needs!

Luis did an awesome job! My ceiling needed replacing and my outside bay window trim and siding. He responded quickly to my request and started immediately. Luis was great! His prices were very reasonable, the work was high quality, and the job was completed quickly and on time. Within a week of contacting him, we had new flooring installed and the entire interior of the house painted. Luis kept us updated on the status and accepted online payments. Everything looks great, we couldn't be happier! Will definitely use PM Home Remodeling in the future!
