These folks did a great job with a silicone roof coating. Offered to fix interior plaster damage and paint needed from prior roof leaks and fix gutter leaks for no additional charge. Extremely fast with quote and completion of the work. All done in about a week and a half. I am very happy with responsiveness, quality of work and price. Well done.

I searched for hours for a company that offered emergency services for flat roof tops to repair a leak. After 9 calls, 5 of which did not work of flat roof tops and 2 that did not return my calls, enter Mr. Kilbie. They came out within hours of our call to inspect the roof and provide a reasonable quote to repair my roof. Hired them the spot. Both Mr. Kilbie and his son were polite, informative, understanding, and responsive!

They completely the job quickly, which I certainly appreciated as it was supposed to rain the next day. What I appreciated most was that they offered me options and didn't try to sway me to a higher-priced project. I am extremely thankful for their service and will definitely use them for future roofing projects.

I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could. Kelbie Home Improvement is the absolute best contractor in the Baltimore area. They were quick to come out and assess damage to my roof, offered multiple options to discuss which best met my needs, and provided high quality work on both the exterior and interior of my home. Their prices are fair and affordable and customer service is outstanding. I would recommend to anyone in the area needing improvements big or small - you will not be disappointed!

Mike Kelbie was responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, and the utmost professional - I contacted him with a really time-sensitive request to inspect a roof and he was there in TWO HOURS! I'm still stunned by his willingness to help us, his immediate understanding about the situation, and his ultimate expertise. He provided a report, photos, helped us age the roof for insurance purposes, and simply did a *full 5-star* job! I know that we will be working with him in future and as a realtor - I will be recommending him to all of my clients.

Had an extremely bad leak in my roof, talked to several roofers for quotes and even had one out to patch our roof. A couple days later we got more rain and the patch proved ineffective. When I talked to Mike he was extremely responsive and got me a detailed quote at a competitive price very quickly. While we were waiting for permits to clear he had someone out to patch my roof which actually held until they were able to complete the full replacement.

Once the permit cleared he had a team out the next day. Took two days to do the replacement and Nestor who led the team was very communicative and clear the whole time, he answered all my questions, got the roof installed, and cleaned all mess. He even drove out to Baltimore to get the color shingle we wanted! We have had MAJOR rain and hail since the replacement and NO issues, extremely happy with the work. Mikes team repaired and coated my roof after we sprang a leak from a DC summer storm. His team was able to come out within 24 hours and did a great job. Gave me lots of options for potential fixes and pricing was reasonable.

My experience with Nestor was lovely - he was polite, friendly, and very thorough in explaining what he thought could be the problem with our home. Nestor did not, however, provide quote for the water test he performed nor did I agree to any amount let alone $750 prior to the test being done. Thus, I had questions about the invoice and quote I received, which led to a conversation with Mike. Mike YELLED at me, basically accused me of stealing from him, refused to let me speak, and was all around unpleasant.

What started off as a hopeful and pleasant experience with this company ended in me being absolutely flabbergasted at the hostility and lack of professionalism from the person who seems to be the owner. I'm not saying you have to be a people person to fix houses and everyone has bad days, but Mike's behavior was out of line.

In our house, we noticed a discoloration spot on the ceiling of a bedroom, which indicated possibility of a roof leak. We wanted to take care of the problem prior to having any damage. So I did a google search and I chose the Kelbie Home Improvement based on the good reviews. Their office responded very politely and professionally, when I called. Soon Mr. Mike Kelbie called me back and at the same day, Mike and his son stopped by to check the issue. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended what needed to be done (i.e. replace pipe flashing).

It was very nice that Mike sent me educational videos on how the fix was going to take place. Then the next morning he sent his men (two very kind and respectful gentlemen) and they took care of the problem. They replaced two pipe collars as they noticed the 2nd one needed a fix too, but they charged me only for one, which was very nice and kind. Thanks much to Mr. Mike Kelbie and his team.

We had a flat roof leak in Baltimore and got a recommendation from the next door neighbor to use Kelbie. Kelbie responded quickly and we had the repair done within a week including a new pyramid skylight and interior plaster repairs. Everything was done professionally with minimal cleanup afterwards.

I called last week following a severe thunder storm as water was getting into my home. Edward very responsive and on short notice came out to assess the situation and provide an estimate for repair. Not only did I find him to be prompt, but also professional and extremely knowledgeable. Within a few days he was back and making the necessary repairs to my roof. Edward Kelbie does quality work and I highly recommend his services which are not limited to roof repairs. In fact, in the near future I plan to utilize his services again to perform additional work on the exterior of my home!

We built a new home about 4 years now and the last 3 years whenever there has been major wind storms I needed a reliable and quick roofing contractor to come out to fix my roof issues right away. Kelbie roofing has been my go to contractor! Having a three story townhome makes it difficult to see exactly the extent of damage I have, but they get up there and provide photos for you to see the damage and then once granted permission to do the work they provide after photos well.

This is the 3rd time I have called him as this is a yearly occasion with our "builder grade" roof quality and he will be sending a guy in the next day to repair the roof damage. Definitely recommend!

Really wish we hadn't had to call a roofer early on a rainy Saturday morning but, unfortunately, we had to prevent our bedroom ceiling from caving in with water. From the beginning (free estimate) to the end (work completion), KELBIE Home Improvement has been easy to work with, timely and responsive. After providing me an assessment of my roof, Mike even gave me information for other roofing companies to compare, in case I don't go with his company. Everything was explained upfront and listed in the contract so there were no surprises when the work was being done.

Any time I needed something or had a question, the response time was within minutes. The use of electronic documents speeded up the process and I have a copy of everything for my own records. When the work was scheduled, the arrival time was between 7-8am. I was pleasantly surprised they arrived at 7 on the dot. Usually, companies arrive toward the end of the scheduled time so the customer has to wait. Lastly, I appreciated the people who I dealt with: Mike, both his sons, Nestor and his son. They were all courteous and professional. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Mike and his team have been very thorough and prompt with my roof issues! Mike personally even came out to help me on what's technically 4th of July weekend for a leak. His company is the most reliable I've worked with, even when it's busy season and he offers warranties on his work. Highly recommend!

Mike and his team were able to come to the house very quickly to do an inspection. Work started the next day which was great. Appreciated receiving pictures of the before and after to help me understand the work that needed to be completed and the finished project.

We had a great experience with Kelbie Home Improvement. We contacted them two days before our home inspection, and they were able to clean the gutters same day I called them. A few weeks later our neighbor said water was spilling over the gutters during a rainstorm. I contacted Kelbie again to check. Again within 48 hours they sent someone to the house and took some pictures showing that the gutters and down-spouts are clean.

They didn't even ask for additional charges for going back to check. The pricing was also the same as what we were told before, from another cleaner that never showed up to the work. I highly recommend Kelbie Home Improvement if you are looking for great communication, customer service and reasonable prices.

They did a terrific job on my roof! no more leaks, after getting several estimates finally somebody made sense. Kelbie Roofing give me options was very easy to work with after we made the decision to move forward with them they were easy to schedule the job after the permit was pulled within a week later the job was finished they were even able to come out and make a temporary repair to keep the water out until they got the roof done was very pleased with their service would recommend them to anyone looking for a flat roof specialist.

Just had my roof repaired by Kelbie. The company responded very quickly to my request for an estimate and arrived on time to do the work. They worked quickly and neatly. I was impressed when one of the workers asked to come into the house to measure the area that was leaking inside to ensure he was working on the corresponding area on the roof - and he took off his shoes before entering. I recommend their services!

Great experience. Mike came the next day after I called about a roof leak. He identified the issue and provided an estimate later that afternoon. His crew was on-site the next day to fix the issue. Fast, dependant, quality work.

Soooo I was laying in bed watching tv and soon heard a thumping noise. I thought it was hail hitting my skylight (its been that kind of day). Then noticed no. it's water coming from my sky light that I just had installed about 4 months ago SMH. I was so upset. I instantly started googling licenced roofers in the area. I noticed Mike had good reviews.

So I took a chance and happy that I did. Mike called me within an hour on Saturday night. His guys showed up Sunday morning. As the estimate took place the guys discovered the skylight was not installed properly and there were other soon to come issues on my roof. Mike explained to me the issues over the phone and sent lots of pictures. His knowledge and information about my roof were very helpful.

As a result, my husband and I decided to move forwarded that same day to repair the skylight. I was able to, sign a contract through docusign and he sent me an invoice all through email (very easy). I have used Kelbie Home Improvement for 3 years now. Mike is very responsive and always gets back to me immediately. On Saturday - 6/3/2017 they came out and installed the Shurflo gutter system and cleaned my gutters. They were in and out in less that 3 hrs. His crew always shows up on time and takes pictures so I can see what exactly they are doing. I will use a Kelbie Home Improvement again for other services.
