IT REMAINS AS PICTURES SHOWN FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS! THEY TOOK US TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT OVER AN INCOMPLETE JOB AND WANTED THEIR MONEY! GUESS WHAT.THEY WON! THEY CONSIDERED THIS JOB COMPLETE! THE CONTRACT ONLY PROTECTS THEM! HOMEOWNERS.BEWARE! BAD COMPANY! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! AGAIN.CONTRACT IS SET TO ONLY PROTECT THEM.NOT YOU!

We had Key Exteriors install a new roof in 2021 and windows in 2022. We are currently working with Key on a wind damage claim. Over the years, Bill and the team at Key Exteriors have a fantastic job with a new roof, windows and doors on our home. The triple pane windows have improved the energy efficiency and warmth of our home in the winter. The windows are also maintenance-free and self-cleaning. We had 5 windows to replace and Key Exteriors got my business after 4 different estimates. They ordered the new windows and kept them in their warehouse for 3 months until we got home from Florida. The installation guys were prompt, courteous and efficient. I was extremely pleased with the whole process and return to them for any future home upgrades. A BIG 5 STAR RATEING

We have countless issues because of their workmanship. I cannot recommend you look elsewhere enough. If you happen to look on Facebook for reviews, you'll notice there's no negative posts. That's because they delete posts that anyone has called out the workmanship on. I saw the saw the negative comments one day and went to show someone two days later and they were deleted. This is truly disgraceful and I can't comprehend how any of them sleep at night. I should note that the work was done just prior to us buying the house.

We recently had 8 large windows replaced by Key Exteriors. I cannot express my appreciation for the work they accomplished, from our salesperson, David, to the 3 man installation crew. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them an 11! The installation went perfect! They also cleaned up after themselves, inside and out. Key Exteriors delivered everything as promised. I had my windows put in around 2014 through Key Exteriors, and came back to them when we needed some work on siding and a new front door. I was VERY appreciative of how much time Bill spent with me going through all the details of my door creation and costs associated with our project. It's SO common to get a generic estimate, but not be aware of any EXTRA costs in order to get the job done RIGHT.

If I'm paying a bit more to have something done right, with great quality and a lifetime warranty, I don't have the time or energy to settle for anything less. Thanks so much, and I'm SO excited to see our finished product. We are in good hands!

We won the sweepstakes from key exteriors and like everyone probably thinks when they get a phone call that they won they probably think it's a scam or can't be real. I'm here to tell you it's not only real but a fun process to watch the transformation. After we found out we won we got to meet with bill and one of his designers and sit down and choose how to remodel our house.

With Covid and all the back orders, parts took a bit as it would with any company which is no fault to key exteriors. Once parts were in crews were out to transform the house into our vision. The key team was in touch to make sure we were happy with the results and that any questions or concerns were addressed. For anyone that has a chance to enter in the drawing don't be afraid your name could come up next. Below is a before and after of your house. Thanks again key team.

New siding, new windows, new fascia and guttering - the entire team of professionals were prompt, timely, well organized, and thorough. Edit.they did come out and fix the chimney after paying another couple thousand dollars. They have been very eager to communicate and for me to fix this review. They completed the job. I would not recommend them because of the time and many trips it took to get the problem fixed. Kathy Thorson They did a complete roof installation paid in full. Offered me a "deluxe golden pledge" warranty.

I have been trying to call them since the 7th of june. They sent someone out to fix it and he fixed it? Gave me excuses about the chimney and the next day there is more water spots on my ceiling since they have been there. I strongly recommend you dont use this company EVER.

We spent a little over $17000.00 on siding and soffit for our house. Overall, we are pleased with the quality although I should have obtained more quotes. The installers were good, but I discovered the attic vent they replaced was punched into the attic and left there. I felt the installers could have done a better quality job of caulking, especially around the garage.

No effort was made to smooth out the bead. The biggest issue we have is customer service follow up. We had two areas of siding that had bulged out and needed repair. I had to call multiple times before receiving a call to let me know someone was coming out. The first time they were a no show and I received no call. I had to call again twice before they came out and fixed one of the two areas.

The bulge on the side of the house has still not been fixed. In a competitive industry, good customer service can make the difference. In this area, Key Exteriors has failed. Follow up on service calls should be a priority, especially for customers who paid in full.

They have been 2 hours late each time we needed an estimate. And they called today and the sales manger said that one of the people who was going to come and do an estimate today was confuse on what we were going to do to our House. And the owner had come out to figure out an idea and the sales manger said that the guy who was coming out said that he was still confused and my dad said to talk to the owner and they never called us back today. We are done with Key Exteriors. If I had an option I would choose zero stars.

Poor communication, quick to bid job and collect your money, but horrible to fix any problems. For a 25k roof on our commercial property we expected NO leaks. Had three leaks which took forever to get addressed and caused damage to inside ceiling from the water.

Have done business with Bill in the past and he is a man of great integrity. I always check with Key Exteriors before doing a project. They're not always the cheapest but they always do excellent work.

Wanted a quote on siding and was told that their Rep Andy would show up. Andy arrived, came out of his truck looked around at the back of the house, then went to the front, looked around, spent most of his time looking at the lake, then tells my husband 'well, were not the cheapest, and were not the most expensive. its gonna be $500 a square'. my husband asks him if hes going to measure anything and his way of measuring is pulling your house up on google maps. Seriously? he pulls it up and says, you did a lot of changes.

Then he asks what my budget is? You gotta be kidding me! Obviously he didnt want the job and was there a good 10-15 minutes. I later got a call from their office asking about how the meeting went. I told the person what had happened and she asked me if i was there, i said no i was at work. she told me that maybe i misunderstood that i was supposed to have been there so he could meet w/both of us to go over their products.

This is how I see it, if he was like that with my husband, then he would have done the same thing if i was there and wasted both of our times. The lady on the phone wanted to know if we wanted their manager to come out to give us a quote, I told her we didnt want anything to do with them. A sales rep 'represents' the company they work for. If this is how their rep is, then its time to find someone else. If i was able to give them negative stars, I would

If only I could give zero stars. Met with this company twice because the first person they sent was a nightmare. They called and apologized and asked if the Sales Manager and Owner could come out, we agreed. The Sales Manager, Mike Fox, showed for the appointment, but the owner did not. Mr. Fox then spent the next hour pitching the roofing process, which, in all honesty, appeared very good. However, as we neared the end of the presentation, Mr. Fox repeatedly tried to pressure us into financing the roof despite the fact that we specifically stated when booking the appointment that we would not be replacing our roof until spring 2018. Then, when he finally realized we would not finance the roof, he refused to give a quote-- the whole purpose of the appointment! Mr. Fox then simply REFUSED to leave.

He continued to sit at our kitchen table and ask us questions and state that he was just relaxing are finishing his bottle of water, that he had earned the right to relax. This entire process was completely surreal and, quite frankly, creepy. I have never dealt with a company where this would be considered acceptable behavior. Absolutely horrible.

Key Exteriors installed siding and trim wrap on our rental property. They did excellent work!

They do decent work. Communication could be better. They will at least come out to fix most problems you have after the project is complete, but not all. They will leave nails, screws, metal pieces, and cigarette butts in yard and around property. Sales people will try to talk you into upgrading everything. Be sure to have a large enough project, they will not do jobs that are "too small of a project".
