They were prompt in getting to our house to complete our roof. The promptly came back out to check to see if there were nails left on the ground. They were fast in completing the work and it looks great!

Phillip Foote is wonderful to work with! Our house was under contract to sell when we realized we needed to replace the roof due to wind damage. Phillip answered all our questions and communicated really well, handled negotiations with our insurance adjuster, and worked with the buyers also to help them get the upgrades they were looking for. Everything was done quickly and exactly as promised, with proper cleanup and no damage to the landscaping! I highly recommend Koala Roofing.

Kramer and Tiffany were an impressive team. Their competence and dedication to customer service were honestly first rate. They managed the entire conversation with the insurance company, and got my roof replaced with minimal cost to me (insurance deductible + upgrade to architectural shingles). They even made a pivot in the middle - after the work had already begun, I decided that I wanted to roof over 2 faulty skylights, and they sent a guy out for plywood and made it happen, still completing the entire job in 1 day. I didn't commit to going with Koala until I'd checked with other satisfied customers, and now I understand why they were so satisfied. I'd go with Koala again any day.

Great service - fixed the leak for a very reasonable price. Provided estimates for some additional fixes just incase I want to do them in the future. When I'm ready, I'll definitely use them.

A different contractor had come by to try and gain my business. They walked me through doing everything with the mobile app and my insurance company and then NEVER contacted me back again, even after I called when everything was approved by my insurance company. I was referred to Koala Roofing after sharing my story with a friend. Koala roofing called me right away and had everything scheduled quickly.

We ran into a few rain days and then the holidays came, but Koala was very patient with me and all the rescheduling. The roof is now done and I am very happy with the outcome and service.

Right from the start in my first meeting with Phillip, it was obvious that he was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He listened to all my questions and concerns. After going up to inspect the roof and take pictures he came down and explained everything I needed to know. I was struck by his honesty, integrity and clarity. Our second meeting was when the insurance claim agent came to inspect. Phillip came to meet him on time even though the time had been changed due to rain.

He went up on the roof and credibly discussed things with the adjuster. Then it was time for the color to be chosen. I was given answers to all my questions about "reflectivity" and other technical issues, etc and there was no pressure to make a choice quickly. I am happy I had the time to think things through. The day of the installation came and the crew was here bight and early and worked diligently all day.

They were friendly, very personable, and hard working.and they did a beautiful job. Everything was left in perfect condition - all debris picked up - nothing left damaged nor plants harmed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. I My roof looks great! Phillip is honest and very hard working. I wish him every success.

Phil did an inspection of our roof and provided a thorough report and sealed and patched up a few spots while he was nearby replacing a neighbor s roof. Very professional and courteous.

He is phenomenal and he has done very good work and I recommend his services he also provides outstanding service going above and beyond.

The representative was very helpful. The crew was on time and professional. They did top quality installation and did a thorough cleanup and right on budget.
