Lee and his team stopped by my hose after Hurricane Michael in Panama City Beach Florida. They were helping out a neighborhood area, and were just surveying the horrible damage. I spoke with Lee about our home and property and he told me to reach out with any questions, or if his services were needed. Well communication after a CAT 5 hurricane is like trying to find a unicorn.

So everyone was waiting to try and get step one going. A little over a week went by and a Gulf thunder storm was coming in. Like many in our area we were waiting for the core of engineers to patch holes all over our roof but they were severely backed up. However Lee stopped by to say hello like he had many times and I spoke to him about my concern for the weather.

Without asking for pay or any compensation he told me not to worry he would take care of us before the storm. While I was at work the next morning he called and told me we were good to go. I asked him to replace my roof when his company had the time and he did. Very professionally, timely, & with great quality!

Did everything they said they would do and more. Showed up on time, assessed the issue and even informed me of how to fix certain things that was out of the scope of their work (turned out to be A/C leaks). Repaired the areas of my roof that needed it immediately instead of scheduling a follow-up at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I hired LB Roofing to do some roof repairs around our chimney where we had some leaking. Lee responded immediately, sent someone out the next day to look at it and give an estimate, and they performed the work the following day. His workers really seemed to know what they were doing and had good attention to detail. They talked me through all of the issues they saw and how they were fixing them. We had terrible storms yesterday and there was no leaking. Thanks Lee!

Lee and his team did a great job, starting when Lee came out to review the project. I had estimates already, and while his was not the least expensive, it was not the most and was fair. I chose Lee because of how he immediatly seemed vested in my satisfaction and a job well done. It is clear he takes pride in doing things right, and the finished product shows it. LB's team was on time and fast, and left the place looking great. If every contractor in the home improvement industry was like LB Roofing, it would be a better world for home owners.

The roof for my house was replaced very quickly! I also appreciate the team's professionalism. Lee is very friendly, accessible, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure interacting with him. Lee was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the time we called him for an estimate to the time he was at our house checking out the roof took only 2 days! He was very kind and respectful of our home and property. Lee fought tirelessly with our insurance company to get our roof fully covered and it turned out very well! Typically, I do not write reviews, however, Lee and his team were extremely professional. Lee communicated the process with me thoroughly and made it easy for me to understand. My new roof exceeds expectations. They cleaned their workspace upon completion and I could not be more pleased.

Lee came out to check on my leaky roof the day after Christmas. I found him to be very polite, honest, straightforward, and affordable. He went up on a ladder and took pics of my roof and its issues using his smart phone. He then came down and showed me exactly what he was looking at. Although he mentioned that I would need to replace my roof in the future (my townhouse is nearly 20 years old), it wasn't time yet.

He caulked up nail holes and asked me to continue monitoring my ceilings in case he missed anything or if any new leaks occur. After several wind-driven rainy days, my ceiling has remained dry since his visit. I will be sure to rely on him the next time my roof needs servicing. But hopefully that won't be several more years!

LB came out with a lot of excitement but their work and communication is severely lacking. Less than a year after doing a roof repair (supposedly warrantied) and multiple attempts to reach them (ignored) we finally hired a different company to re-do the work that LB was supposed to. In the work itself they agreed to fix a drywall area but never did, nor did they clean up the mess after.

If you're looking for someone to enthusiastically sell you-- this is the company. If you're looking for complete, reliable work with people that uphold their warranties you're better off elsewhere.

This company is run by a really nice and honest guy! We recently prepared to list our home for sale and had an inspection performed which called for a full roof replacement. I called LB Roofing & Construction for a second opinion. Lee took a look and determined that only a few inexpensive repairs were really necessary. His recommendations were completely substantiated by a second inspector.

Thanks to Lee, we were able to save a lot of money and avoid a hassle. He is exactly the kind of contractor everyone hopes to work with, and I enthusiastically recommend him!
