I first contacted M&M Roofing back in 2019 to get an estimate on replacing my roof. I met with Rick Shelton and was immediately impressed with his professionalism and experience. Rick not only prepared the proposal but would also be responsible for overseeing the actual roofing job. Fast forward thru COVID19 delays on my decision until now 2022 when once again I was in search of replacing my roof.

I immediately called M&M and met with Rick to refresh the previous roofing proposal. I am extremely happy with the my decision to go with M&M Roofing. The job was scheduled quickly and the work was completed timely and at a fair price. The roofing crew did a great job on the installation, protecting the yard, and also with the clean up of the yard.

And of course Rick was there to inspect the completed job and answer any additional questions or concerns I may have had. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this company.

M&M roofing did an outstanding job replacing my roof after hail damage. The process was fast, they interfaced well with my insurance company and helped make the case for repair with Allstate. They gave me a new roof with an outstanding product warranty. Chris Abell was the project manager, and he was always available and responsive to my calls and managed the contract well. I'm a very picky customer, I'll admit that! But it's because there is a lot on my plate -- including a toddler that climbs everything. I heard about M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows from my father, another picky customer. He connected me with Rick Shelton to repair Harvey damage several years ago. I found Rick extremely honest, knowledgeable and professional.

As a result, when tiles blew off my roof with the recent high winds, I called Rick for repairs. He actually discovered that several tiles in my 14+ year old roof were loose, and showed me evidence. He recommended a replacement given the upcoming Hurricane season, but also quoted a repair to the blown off tiles. There was no pressure. I didn't want leaks and a worse situation, so I decided to replace my roof completely and got the Timberline HDZ roof installation.

My home is 4000 sq ft, so the installation took two days. Plus, I have a toddler that goes to bed early, so the work had to end by 6 pm. Rick accommodated this, and communicated extremely well throughout. And the crew was extremely professional, efficient, and clean. I can't even tell they were here! My family and I have used M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows several times since 2010. They did outstanding work on my Mom's new roof and on the repairs needed on my roof. I'd like to thank the entire team at M&M Roofing for an outstanding experience. I had the pleasure working with Rick and Javier (Labor Contractor) to replace the siding of my home including fascia, soffit, trim, and gutters. Additionally, some framing had to be replaced due to rotting. My 1984 home had Masonite siding that was crumbling. After getting several quotes I decided to go with M&M because the price was reasonable and I trusted the job would be done well. I took out a Home Equity Loan to finance this project. I can't express how joyful I am with the experience and craftsmanship. It's like a new home!
