Martinez Roofing

A roofing job was done recently at The Verge apartments in Evans, The poor house keeping has costed me 2 flat tires and a Vet bill, my dog had allergic reactions to fiberglass and raw materials covering the stairwells coming out of the apartments.

I have had to use Martinez Roofing before and they have been great. I will be using them again in the future for any roof repairs or replacements. Thank you to Steve, Martin and the workers who have helped me.

About 2 years ago Martinez Roofing installed a new roof at my business property. They did a very thorough job. To me, however the real mark of a successful company is how they handle the inevitable issues that come up over time. A few days ago there were signs of a leak due to the recent snow -- some drips showing on the ceiling tile. Steve at Martinez roofing made sure a technician was dispatched ASAP and a diagnosis made despite snow and ice conditions.

They determined some flashing needed repair, re-caulking and took care of it under warranty. I definitely recommend them for their quality workmanship and standing behind the work that they do.

Martinez Roofing just replaced our roof in Greeley for the second time in 7 years. We asked them to come back because of the great job they did the first time after the hail storm in 2012 and they did a great job again this year! We have a large roof with several pitch changes and a long ridge. They installed impact-resistant shingles and a ridge vent system that is almost in-noticeable from ground level.
