Jethro came to our house yesterday and gave us the most detailed roof inspection to prepare for a new roof that we've ever had. He was on time, extremely nice and transparent with what needed to be done. In addition to that he made sure we fully understood what needed to be done and why. We've been struggling to find a good fit for us for weeks now and I'm so glad we stumbled on this company! We definitely recommend:

Very pleased with MHI- they were very quick to respond, completed our roof repair in one day. Some flashing came a little loose a few days after the roof installation and when I let them know about it, they got someone out here right away and fixed it and told me that any other issues that come up would be promptly dealt with so long as I'm in this house, which I appreciated. 10/10 would recommend

I would highly recommend this company. I was having a hard time finding a roofing company until I contacted MHI Roofing. They are very quick to respond. Conner our salesman was beyond amazing. He has a great personality, very professional, took his time and explained everything. He even included my granddaughter in helping to pick out the shingles.
I'm so use to the pushy salesman that you want to get rid of after a few minutes. We had such a great time picking out our roof with Conner we would recommend him and MHI Roofing to everyone.

MHI roofing was a great experience from the ease of scheduling the first appointment until the completed job. Cam came out and checked out our roof that was damaged in a storm. He was very professional, thorough, and patient while discussing our needs and what we wanted done. He helped out tremendously with dealing with our insurance company and stayed in contact with us daily until it was figured out.
We had some rough weather but Brandon and his crew came out as soon as there was an opportunity and did a fantastic job. Brandon was also great with staying in contact with us throughout the project and answered any questions and concerns that we had. We will definitely be calling them for future roofing projects and have already referred them to a neighbor.

My salesman, Jethro, was amazing. MHI was the third company to provide me a bid for my roof. First company never even came to the house, second company sent a salesman who apparently measured everything from the ground. Jethro got on my roof, did a thorough inspection and even after putting his gear away pulled everything back out and got on the roof again to answer one of my questions.
He presented the details of the work in easy to understand language. He was patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. His confidence in MHI and their ability to provide me with the best materials and the best workmanship was over the top. but genuine. He definitely stands behind his company. Not only was the price the best I had received but I was very impressed with the materials the workmanship and the overall experience, I had no problem committing on the day of my appointment. We worked with Zach and he walked us through each step of the process. He made sure we understood what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. MHI Roofing replaced our roof - we had an excellent experience and highly recommend them. Cory provided the initial inspection; he was punctual and took time to walk through the results of the inspection and the quote for the work. Cory was communicative and responsive to our follow up questions after the initial inspection (including those we had after obtaining estimates from other companies). MHI sent two work crews who completed the job in one day - they were punctual, professional, and did an excellent job with the install and on clearing up after. MHI provide an onsite supervisor during the install who kept us updated on progress throughout the day. Cory followed up with us after the install to ensure that everything was to our liking and that we didn't have any questions / issues (which we didn't). Thank you.

We received a bid from Cooper. He was very professional and helpful. We had to reschedule due to the snow a couple times, but was able to work around things as best we could. Came down again and looked at roof once it was melted did the measurements and helped out with different pricing financing options.

Originally, I was only looking for repairs- I knew I had a few shingles off and a detached downspout- but Cory came out to do a full inspection, and he pointed out some problems that had escaped my attention. He answered my questions and made sure I understood the process and warranties before I signed the work order. The crew was fast and professional, and came as soon as they had availability.
Due to the pitch of my roof and the proximity of the neighbors, it couldn't have been an easy job, and that was before factoring in the 90 degree heat. They started around 7am had all the shingles off by noon, and everything back on and cleaned up by 7 pm. Great job and I recommended them to my neighbors.
