We had a lot of work done by Mid-Atlantic contracting - a new deck, new soffit, some siding, trim, and painting. We are very particular and we think the workmanship is great. Everything looks perfect. The price was comparable to other quotes. The contractors and crews were very friendly and made sure we were happy with all the work along the way. We ended up going with Mid-Atlantic contracting over other companies because they weren't pushy during the estimate.

I didn't feel like they were trying to sell us anything. The estimate was very "matter of fact." Dave & Jamie (decking and soffit contractors) were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly and responsive. They made sure we were very happy with the progress and end result. We will definitely be using Mid-Atlantic contracting if we do any more work on our house.

MidAtlantic Contracting Inc. replaced my roof and gutters. The entire team did an excellent job from beginning to end. The administrative staff communicated with me throughout the process and were very knowledgeable. The roofing/gutter teams came in, worked very hard in 35-40 degree weather, completed the job, cleaned up after themselves and exited the property. MidAtlantic Contracting was highly recommended to us by a friend and they replaced our roof, front door, siding and gutters. I cannot express how great they were to work with. My wife and I watched MidAtlantic install our neighbor's roof directly across from our house, and was blown away away by their professionalism and cleanliness; so we had them give us an estimate, which was reasonable and fair. And since our roof had been leaking for over a year and the tarp I put up wasn't holding the water back, it was time. Number 1 roofing company in Woodbridge. The crew is like a synchronized military team. They did an absolute fantastic job. They cleaned up and left no trace behind. They are doing a large quantity of homes in our community of belmont bay and we welcome them with open arms. The owner, Eric is a good guy and the ladies in the office are true professionals. Mid Atlantic Construction specializing in exterior home improvements performed 5 stars insurance claim storm damage roof replacement for me in November 2018 at a property I represent in Falls Church. Crew was highly skilled and supremely choreographed. MAC office was equal quality. Easy to work with, excellent, clearly understandable paperwork and they are experts at navigating insurance company pedantry.

Great all around. I was referred to them by my warranty company and from the pre inspection to completion. There was a mixup with my final payment from my insurance company. From start to finish MIdAtlantic have been great! When David came out to work up an estimate he was not only on time but early, every time! His passion for what he does and depth of knowledge far outweighed the others I had been working with. I assumed that meant I would be paying more. When I got my quote I was surprised to see it was not only a better deck but a better price than everyone else.

The workers that actually did the construction were friendly, efficient and picked up after themselves. They really payed attention to the details. working with Vanessa in the office was also extremely simple and professional. But what matters most is that the deck looks great! It exceeds my expectations! My electrician also commented on the quality of the construction and took down their information. I recommended MIdAtlantic to me sister who was replacing her deck and she to was impressed and decided to go with them.

After the big wind storm in March 2018, we had a lot of shingle damage. Our insurance company assessed that we needed a new roof (new house built in 2009). We shopped around to find the right contractor. MidAtlantic impressed from our first call. We needed a weekend emergency roof tarping. They sent Jamie out within the hour. Between great first impressions and a very competitive bid, we decided to go with them.

The work was done professionally and quickly. Within a day, we had a new roof that looks so much better than the original roof. Lindsay in the front office is also a pleasure to work with.

MidAtlantic exceeded our expectations with our new deck. Dave was very professional and explained all of the different options available with the deck and his team finished the job much earlier than expected. They not only worked quickly and were very professional, but also worked in the rain and over a weekend to get it done. I would recommend MidAtlantic to anyone looking for a new deck - ours is a combination of Trex and wood and looks great!

MidAlantic did a good job on replacing my roof, however they really lack in the customer support skills. I've sent their owner Lindsay Hagget three emails over the last month requesting additional information which I need for my insurance claim, and I have got not one response. I guess my lesson I've learned from this that I might share is to be sure you get everything you need from them before you pay them, because apparently they don't care about you once they've been paid.

Mid Atlantic Contracting replaced our entire roof in March 2018. They did an exceptional job. They were easy to work with, communicated well, provided a quality product, and cleaned up the area around our house thoroughly. We contacted them immediately after we realized that our roof was damaged from a strong wind storm. As soon as the insurance adjuster took a look at the damage, MAC came out to cover up the damaged areas with a tarp.

Due to heavy snow, the work date had to be pushed out, but only by a few days. They completed the work in one day as promised. Erick is an excellent foreman. We would feel comfortable recommending MAC to a neighbor, just as our neighbor recommended them to us.

Erick and his whole team are extremely professional, honest, trustworthy, and diligent in their work. We had MidAtlantic install a new roof and new sidings on our house that were damaged due to a hail storm. Erick came over and inspected the roof and walked us through the insurance process. He was extremely caring and honest throughout the whole experience.

We didn't at all feel that he was trying to cheat us or make money out of us which is unlike any other contractor we have worked with in the past. Erick is very attentive and personally inspects the work at the end and makes sure the work is above expectations. We are very happy with the work and thankful to have a trustworthy team like MidAtlantic by our side. I would highly recommend MidAtlantic to anyone for home repairs and/or renovations. Unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment for inspection at today's morning at 8-10am. We've been waiting without any notice until I called them and was informed that Erick left us for another insurance job. I'm fine with rescheduling for another appointment but come on you should contact us and let us know what's going on instead of wasting our time and letting us call you. Poor communication with customer.

Contacted MAC to get a roof inspection due to possible hail storm damage. I signed a contract with Ryan and my insurance company approved the claim so I thought everything was set for the roof to be replaced. But apparently, and for unknown reasons, they decided not to do the job. And rather then being upfront about it, they ended up wasting my time and jerking me around for months before finally backing out of the contract. No explanation given. So I can't speak for the quality of their work, but as far as customer relations - they suck!

MAC Construction did a great job on my home. Our contact Josh at 202-236-6821 was on point and communication was key. Work was delayed due to weather and insurance but once it got started it was quickly completed. Contractor even put up lights that I had purchased separate from the build claim.

I had my roof, gutters and siding replaced after this years hail storm and I am extremely satisfied with the timely and quality work by MidAtlantic. Working with Eric and Lindsay was a great as they were always available to answer questions about our project. Hands down, the best experience we have ever had with a contractor! This company advertises itself as a roofing company but they do everything. My basement bathroom had a leaking pipe which damaged a lot of drywall and carpet. I got quotes from several vendors and although some of them came in lower than the insurance estimate, I was able to work with Erick to get everything done (drywall repair, paint, and carpeting) within budget.

This was amazing! But the reason I ended up going with MidAtlantic as opposed to the others was their attention to detail and highly professional customer service. A lot of handymen and contractors today feel like used car salesman that just want to squeeze every dime out of you. They don't take the time to listen to your feedback and treat you like an idiot. Erick genuinely wanted to work with me to fix my house and he took the time to listen to my needs and suggestions.

His opinions felt honest, and above anything else, he didn't act like a used car salesman. MidAtlantic won't try to sell services you won't need. They will work with you to come up with a reasonable budget and plan to get your job done. They are also flexible with their schedule. I highly recommend MidAtlantic for your home improvement needs because of their professionalism, quality work, and attention to details and customers. I will definitely use them again on any future jobs!

Had my roof done by Erick on a Saturday which was short notice. I appreciated the fact that the job was done as soon as possible. Erick went beyond the regular taskings and repaired minor issues on my roof. Despite the higher than usual winds, he still worked safely on my roof. He explained what he had accomplished when he was complete with the job, and he didn't gouge me or hassle me with the cost. He was well within the quotation of the insurance cost assessment. I'll be using MAC for future jobs and will spread the word of their good work.

Can't say enough positives about Mid-Atlantic Contracting. We had just moved into our new townhouse and discovered that we had a leak in the roof. Being new to this state, we had no idea who to call, and we certainly "hit the jackpot" when we found MAC. Eric came out, determined the cause of the leaks, and in the middle of torrential rains, repaired them.

He was very professional and took great care to ensure that the repairs were done to his satisfaction. This company will definitely be our contractors of choice for years to come!

We had repeated problems with our Directv after our roof replacement. Once we called Directv to come out for the second time, they stated we needed a new satellite dish. They would not remove the old one because they were concerned about subsequent leaks in the new roof after removal. We called Mid Atlantic and they removed the old satellite dish and replaced the affected shingles without charge! Who does that kind of follow-up work? Not many! What an awesome company.

So one day I woke up and heard a drip. Had no idea where it was coming from. Followed the drip and low and behold my roof had a leak. I am new to the Fairfax, VA area so I had no idea who to call. I reached out to my realtor and she very enthusiastically recommended Mid-Atlantic. I called MAC and a couple others roofers I found on the net to come by and give me a quote.

The MAC guys were so great and prices so competitive I just said, forget the leak give me a new roof! In no time they scheduled me and did a great job! And I when I said competitive prices, oh man did I mean competitive prices. Been boasting about them and my new roof to all my neighbors. Now I have a great new roof and don't need to worry about it for the next 20 years. Thanks MAC!
