Jeff Patterson is an amazing roofer. First used Mighty Hands several years ago when we had a leak around a chimney. Never had a problem since that was fixed right the first time. Called again to fix leak on sunroom addition. Quick and professional. New leak fixed too. Did not try to sell services we did not need.

Just had my new roof completed by the Mighty Hands crew. Knew the high-quality result from a job done for my father. This process took the nightmare away. From the beginning, they provided me with time for evaluation of the job (presence not required), followed by an assessment of overall timeline and observations with potential cost. Great communication more than a month in advance on the work schedule and reliably executed on schedule.
Very easy to work with and a load off one's mind that the wood replacement and painting needed as well as the roof was a top-notch job. Definitely get an estimate. Thanks again to Mighty Hands!

I had Jeff and Brian look at the front porch and the overhang porch on my outbuilding. They suggested a type roof covering that would be better for a flat or a slightly pitched roof. The covering was installed and the workmanship was excellent. I'd recommend this company and Jeff to anyone. I have pictures of the completed project also that I can share.

Jeff promptly got in contact with us after we requested quotes from a few different companies. He came out that day to give us a quote and then did the repair work just a couple days later. It was a very fair price considering it was a pretty small job (which other roofing companies seem to think is too small of a job to be worth their time). He was very professional, communicative, polite and timely. Definitely would hire again!

Just had a new roof put on by Mighty Hands Roofing, and could not be more pleased! Jeff and his crew are punctual, professional, talented and courteous. Our roof looks gorgeous. All estimates and timetables for work provided were strictly honored. Clean-up was impeccable as well. Issue: I still have a roof leak on my roof. I paid $250 to have the leak fixed and two attempts to repair it have not fixed it. The leak is still present and Mr. Patterson with Mighty Hands roofing will not come back to complete the leak repair. At this point I feel like I'm an after thought to Mighty Hands roofing. Several phone calls with promised dates to come back have passed with no follow-up. Suggestion: Avoid this company and any services they offer.
At this point Mr. Patterson does not care about customer service and won't even commit to coming back to finish the work he was paid to do. I would not recommend this company and if I could give a quarter-star on this review I would.

DO NOT USE! Guaranteed us that the $750 work he did would stop the leak on our roof. Roof started leaking again within a month. We asked for our money back after he wouldn't come back out to look at the roof he supposedly fixed. He said he'd put it towards a new roof. Also told our tenants we were too cheap to buy a new roof. Why would we buy a new roof if you gaurantee your work to fix the problem? Unprofessional and Dishonest. DO NOT USE! Used another roofer for half the money and hasn't been a leak since (3 months).
