Rob McDonald was quick to reply, professional and courteous to work with. Nashville roofing company came to me on a referral from a friend, after I had been working with another company that had poor communication as well as lack of interest in securing a leak prior to the last snowfall a month ago with that company. Rob showed up on time, as scheduled to introduce the employees, who were outstanding.

The very price quoted, including adding ridge vents and repairing promptly what started the water damage to the inside was very reasonable. I ended up going ahead with a full new roof as I felt they were honest and trustworthy, which they proved to be true with their dedicated employees and overly efficient work! Highly recommend! We had several shingles ripped off of our roof causing a small leak after some strong storms/tornados came through our area. Our insurance company was supposed to send someone to tarp it, but that company never showed on the day they were supposed to come. With more rain coming within 24-48 hours, we were scrambling. Trey was able to get someone to us and had 3 spots (2 of which we didn't even know about) tarped within 12 hours of contacting NRC. He also provided the info on how to have our insurance cover the charge. Highly recommend this company!

Trey at Nashville Roofing Company was nice enough to spend an hour giving me a second opinion on a roof replacement that another contractor is going to do. He was quite knowledgeable and thorough, explaining the process and complexities of roof installation and roof ventilation. He answered all my questions in the helpful manner of a consultant or guide; there were no pushy sales tactics.

He was professional, personable, and clearly quite experienced. He went above and beyond to help me while knowing that this was only a second opinion, which shows the quality of person he is. I would definitely contact him in the future for any roofing needs.

I replaced a shingle roof on my house about 3 years ago. They came up, gave me a quick quote and everything it would cover, and it was a very competitive quote. So I accepted, and we set up a date for the installation. They came on the day they said they would early in the morning, and did a fantastic job. Finished installing the new roof on the same day. 3 years later and it's a great roof! I highly recommend these guys.

I worked with Rob McDonald throughout replacing my roof after the storms hit hard in Nashville. Rob was personable and didn't try selling me something I didn't need. He was very helpful throughout the insurance claim process and ensured that I wouldn't get charged more than what the insurance company quoted for the repairs on my home. I also got upgraded.

Best roofing company in Nashville. I have rental properties in Nashville and have struggled finding good contractors and am let down 90% of the time. They showed up on time, were done in a day and a half, stuck to the estimate, and spent time AFTER I paid them to fight my insurance company for me. I went from a 10% of total cost payout to almost 80%!
