Selecting a roofer is an important decision, and Peak Roofing Systems did a fantastic job. Robert Coker is the rep who guided us and his crew through the whole process. He answered all our questions in advance and gave us information about roofing that we never thought of. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently all day. They completed the job in one day and left our yard spotless - no trash, shingles, nails.

When we discovered a leak in our old roof, we called Peak for an inspection. They were prompt to show up and were informative. When we realized the damage was more extensive, they suggested we make an insurance claim. They took the time to meet with the ins. agent and walk the roof with her to show the damage they saw. The insurance company covered the majority of the roof thanks to Jared's help.

The repairs were done promptly, the crew cleaned up, and we were very pleased with the personal touch. From helping us pick the right shingles, to gutter colors, to scheduling, Jared was very helpful and communicative. I have been happy with the look and workmanship. After Jeff did an excellent job in replacing our roof for our old house in Plano a few years back, we decided to get him to help us again with our new home's roof leaks problem after the February ice storm. To our big big surprise, even though it was just a small job at a different house, Jeff extended his warranty to us and went extra miles to make the process as smooth as possible.

Not only is he being honest, professional, punctual and sincere throughout the whole process, he also followed up after the very heavy rain in April. Jeff makes us feel like we are family to him. Our roof had a small leak after the last storm so I gave Peak Roofing a call. I scheduled an appointment with them and Charlie came by the next day to check out the roof. He gave recommendations on what we could do and worked on a schedule that worked best for me. After the work was done, Charlie personally came by to check out to make sure that there were no more leaks. Overall, I was thoroughly pleased with with responsiveness, workmanship, and price!

After a recent hail storm in Frisco, I asked Peak Roofing to inspect my roof. Jeff was very responsive, and provided an honest assessment of my roof. My roof required minimal work, which was provided by Jeff and his company. They are reliable, honest, and won't scam the insurance system and put you in a questionable position.

Back in 2017 when hail wiped out almost all the roofs in Frisco Lakes, Peak did a terrific job and Wes Hatch was out point of contact. We recently had a hail storm again and he was the person who come out to thoroughly check out our roof. At that time, he indicated there was only a quarter portion with damage and of course the gutters but because this is hail season, we should wait before having anything done and I really respect that.

I am watching neighbors whom I know had the same minimal damage have their roofs totally replaced and especially now when we could certainly face more storms ( have already had another small pea size not) I respect Peak Roofing for their honesty and Wes for being the type of estimator who does the best and most honest job possible. It speaks volumes that he has been with the company since 2017 and possibly before that as he is certainly a terrific asset to them.

Originally Jeff and his company Peak Roof inspected our first house in Plano for damage and eventually replaced our first roof. Jeff is involved with his business and truly cares about customers. This we found refreshing and decided to go with his company. Jeff went on top of our roof and inspected himself. It was a great decision because his team is professional, work was completed on time and over 7 years never had a problem or leak.

His team even put back the attic solar fan in proper order. We sold this house and brought a new house in Plano. Well we have a leak as a result of poor workmanship. It was poor roofing by the builders roofer. Instead of going with the mass roofers we called Jeff and he inspected the problem area. We decided to go with Peak Roofing and they were on time and finished the job in 2 hours.

Don't go with the lowest price but quality because a leak roof will cause a lot of damage. Again I highly recommend Jeff and Peak Rooking because they professional, reasonably priced, back his work and most importantly will not have continued problem.

I would not trust any company more that I would Peak Roofing & Construction. House had damage from 2 different storms. Jeff and his team were onsite with my insurance company to make sure nothing got missed in the claim. Jeff acted as my GC coordinating the new roof, gutters, fence stain, window repair, and ceiling repair from water damage. Keep up the great work and the things you do for the community.

I have contracted a couple of times over the last couple of years with Peak Roofing and Construction for inspecting and repairing my Spanish tile roof. David Espinoza and his crew have done a great job both times from taking pictures before and after the repair and using a drone to make sure everything was covered and repaired. Their prices are competitive and we are very satisfied with their professionalism and quality of the job done

Highly recommend Marcus and the Peak Roofing Team. Marcus was the only contractor that actually got on my roof, inspected and then backed up his quote and work required with photos he took while on the roof (of the two other companies I received quotes from). He walked me through various options and was very transparent throughout the entire process. They will be the first folks I call when I need additional roofing work.

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Max was super responsive and helpful. On the day of our installation they found out that the insurance adjuster had to put the wrong type of shingle on the claim. We had so much fun today at the dog park. I think we like to go there just like our dogs. We live close to the lake and sometimes we take them down there. They enjoy walking and getting in the water. I was thinking about getting another car. I can't afford a new one and have to get a used one. Along the way to the used car lot we saw a lot of. people looking up in the sky.

When we stopped at the car lot, we got out of the car and looked up to see what everyone was looking at. Then we saw it, it was a blimp. I had never saw a blimp before and was happy I saw this one. We looked at several cars but could not make a decision. So we left the car lot. After driving around all day, we decided to go.
