Principle roofing was excellent. They came quickly after we called, gave us 3 different options for fixing the issue that would solve the problem but had different price points so that we could choose what was best for us, and got us scheduled quickly after we confirmed. They were super professional but also very kind. They sent us a wedding card because we got married between the quote and repair, always followed up if we had questions, and were overall just wonderful to work with. Won't ever go to anyone else for roof needs!

Excellent job from start to finish. I called for a quote and they showed up on time and inspected our roof, and indicated it did not need to be replaced for several more years. They did identify areas that needed repair, which we anticipated. They showed up and took care of the repairs. Great communication throughout the process, text message updates, and a phone call when necessary. Josh understands something that a lot of contractors working on your home do not.

Great communication is key, keeping your time commitments is crucial and executing correctly is critical. Great job. When it does come time to replace the roof we will use Principle Roofing !

Dan gave us three estimates on our home re roof in Elkhart, They were all great prices. His crew was out on time and had the job done that day.They cleaned up everything no mess left behind. Dan came out for a Roof inspection and showed us detailed pictures of the issues and also explained the cost of repair versus replacement. They did not apply any pressure either way but provided clear opinions to allow you to make the best decision for your home. Their price isn't the cheapest but also not the most expensive so I felt it was fair pricing for the quality and care that was given. We called them back the next day and they came out two weeks later and installed our roof in one day

Communicated well throughout the process, answering our questions, helping us navigate through the insurance world, and setting and keeping their scheduled appointments. Kudos to Dan for his honest and careful front-end work and to Celo for carefully overseeing the work site. The roofing crew was incredibly hard-working and committed.

Excellent and professional experience We had a leak in the roof and to them look. They were able to come right away - on a Saturday morning. consultation was very thorough and the guy was very knowledgeable. We ended up needing a full replacement which was scheduled within a week and completed in a day. The crew took lots of precautions to not damage our home/property during their work.

Clean up was very thorough. Pricing is competitive with other companies we quoted. They make the effort to go the extra mile every step along the way. Highly recommend and wish they did more than roofs.

The Principle Roofing Team did high quality work on our roofing job. All the way from the initial quote to the work itself, I was kept informed at every step. No shortcuts were taken. We also had extra insulation added, which was great since we didn't have to find someone else to do that. We were amazed at then clean up - very little debris was left around our house. My roof was long overdue for replacement. I proceeded to do my research online and contacted at 6 companies to look at our roof and provide a quote. Fortunately, I include Principle Roofing . The 15 year no leak guarantee was the best warranty amongst all of the companies that we interviewed. We worked with Dan from the front office after we decided to hire Principle.

Celo, the site supervisor, was very professional and on top of the job. I did not think it was possible to get excited about our roof replacement, but the Principle Roofing experience was better than I expected. Had my roof replaced by Principle Roofing a month ago and I had a very pleasant and smooth experience with them. From the first touch point, which is when I called for an estimate, to the last, when I handed them my payment in their office. I can tell that they put a lot of emphasis on having a positive customer experience. Their pricing is reasonable.

The only bad thing is I think that they have a lot of customers right now that you may possibly have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to get your roof replaced. Other than that I'll recommend Principle Roofing every time!
