Aaron and Dave were excellent to work with. They knew their stuff and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We appreciated their candor and attitude. They worked with us until we got to exactly where we wanted to be. It was lovely working with them and we appreciated their sustained hard work and professionalism after being the last of a long 12+ hour day.

There are a number of house improvement projects on our wish list for this year and next, i.e.; patio cover, landscaping, concrete, retaining walls, patio slider, and security door installations. Colin and Dave did an excellent job at listening to our wish list, our priority order and our timeline. Colin as the lead and trainer, was able to provide input and suggestions including pictures of completed jobs. Provided was an estimate for each project, and a much appreciated military discount was included where possible. Financing options were also discussed.

We are happy to be in contract now and are looking forward to the start of our wish list becoming a reality! Thank you Colin for your patience, experience and knowledge in all areas discussed! Dave has an great example! Thank you gentlemen for a professional job well done!

Aaron Von was my Quality First Representative who came out to discuss my Roof replacement and HVAC. I appreciate his diligence in looking at all financing options based off what is most important to my families needs. He was honest and admitted when he was unsure about particular details. We had our kitchen done with Arthur and team. They were clean, polite, and excellent craftsmen. Jim was responsive. They did so well with our kitchen, we had them do all of the flooring and the downstairs bath. Beautiful. Love it.
