Top notch job, easy to work with, trust worthy local company that uses their own employees and not out of town subcontractors to do the work. Loved the roof venting upgrades, and solar powered attic vent has helped make our home noticeably cooler in the summer. We have also used for Reliable Roofing for re-roofs and repairs on our commercial buildings and Apartment buildings. Highly recommend.

I thought I needed to have it replaced again because of a storm, they came and looked and they were HONEST and told me the roof was just fine! Very nice and honest people came to inspect roof and rated it a b（acknowledging the hail damage) and told me upfront replacement was not needed unlike a few dishonest companies out there. When roof needs to be replaced from storm or age def gonna come to these guys!

I worked direct with Shane McDonell and would recommend Reliable Roofing Systems to anyone who needs a new roof or repairs. I do not give reviews but felt they required a shoutout. In this day and age it is almost impossible to find a company or tradesmen who both care about the customer and their craftsmanship. My questions and concerns were handled in a timely manner and the finished result was fantastic. Reliable Roofing worked with me and my insurance company for a wind/tree damage garage claim.

We needed a total re-roof including decking. We obtained multiple estimates, and felt that the team from Reliable Roofing was the best choice for us. The estimate was very thorough, and they answered all of our questions and concerns. The crew was friendly, very attentive to our questions and made the experience as enjoyable as a re-roof can be. We love our new skylight and the roof is beautiful! We are excited to have the Class 4 shingles, the warranty is great, and we are very happy with the experience.

We had a leak. they did the roof under the prior owner so I called them. Shane came out was on-time and found it was a broken HVAC pipe that was the issue - something for the HVAC folks to deal with, the roof is still great 6 years later. Anyway, did I mention Shane was on-time?

I have been using Reliable Roofing for about 10 years for a few different properties. Shane and his crew are always very professional, always on time, and they always do excellent work. They have gone out of their way time and again during my many "rood emergencies" to help protect my property and make things easier for me. I would give 10 stars, but 5 was the highest!

They added a roof to our addition. The gentleman that came out was very competent. They know what they are doing. They do it fast. From start to finish this was the one of the easiest jobs done on our house. Cori was out within a day after placing phone call to inspect the roof. Hail damage was found Cori stated that he would drop whatever he was doing the day the insurance adjuster came out to the house. I called Cori, let him know the date and time and true to his word he met the adjuster.

New roof was approved and within in a week we had the new roof and met all code requirements. There was no skipping out on permits or having the County come out to inspect. This was first class service and work all the way. My wife and I can't thank Reliable Roofing enough.

I highly recommend Reliable Roofing Systems! Shane and Cori were really great to work with! I have a very unique 1929 southwestern style home with a flat roof, multiple elevations with parapet walls and two buildings. My home had extensive hail damage from a storm and unbeknownst to me the previous roof, installed by a different roofing company, had not been done properly, which made the roof replacement much more complicated and labor intensive than originally planned. Nonetheless, Shane and Cori worked tirelessly on my behalf with my insurance company to resolve a number of issues in a very extensive hail damage claim, much to my complete satisfaction and total appreciation.

I also want to commend them for be being so willing to make sure that the work that was completed was to my satisfaction. The house is pretty unique and they were flexible and creative in coming up with solutions regarding how the roof met the edge, implementing a customized solution to keep it waterproof, protected and attractive. It was a tedious process and a member of their team Nicholas would often work into the dark to finish the work, he did a beautiful job. Lastly and most importantly they stand by their work and that of their subcontractors to insure that the work is done correctly and if it isn't they will redo or fix it to make it right.

The amount of work that had to be done was extensive and often times that alone can be stressful for a homeowner. Shane and Cori would spend additional time with me not only explaining the process but providing reassurance along the way. That alone is worth its weight in gold when it comes to finding a contractor.

This was not my first time having to replace a roof after a bad hail storm, but it was by far the easiest! Reliable roofing was on top of everything and required little effort on my part. They came and inspected the roof right away and got us on the schedule fast. Their crew was very professional and did a great job cleaning up. I would definitely use them again in the future. After some hail damage to my rental home in Divide, I called Reliable, where sales rep John Bryant inspected my roof right away. When the insurance adjuster did his inspection, John was there, too, and everything John found was confirmed - and the adjuster even approved the upgrades John suggested. John was very helpful in product selection, and he was right there both days for the crew's tear-off, dry-in, and new installation. He even took a bunch of photos and emailed them to me. GREAT JOB! Very, happy with Reliable Roofing's professionalism! NO STRESS!

Such a great company! They are honest, the roof is put on to last! We had a bad windstorm, I had Reliable come out and my roof was ok! The next storm was a bad hailstorm. My insurance company came out and said I do need a new roof. Reliable will help you pick the right color to match your home! Very nice and helpful staff. They get more than 5 stars from me!

I'm not a big fan of heights, so I really needed a roofer I could trust and Reliable Roofing has been wonderful. They've been taking care of our roof for years now. I would highly recommend them. Fast and courteous.
