Met with Kevin, presented me with quote. The work was being done because of storm damage. Their quote was over $1500. More than 2 other local companies. Kevin told us he spoke with Rocky and they had agreed to reduce the price to what the insurance co was paying. We were told work would take 7-10 days. After 5 weeks, the installers did a beautiful job! Received final invoice, it was $2200.

More than the agreed upon price. When they reduced the price I was emailed a copy to send to the insurance company, as required by them. In that contract, it was discovered that Kevin removed the soffit, facia, trim and rakeboard from the estimate and never thought it important to tell us that! Shame on me for not checking line by line for changes. Kevin made such a big deal about the fact they would reduce the price even saying"when you have your friends over for pool parties be sure to tell them who did your siding", I trusted him and he gave me no reason to think the contract would be different except for the price! My advice is be very careful, check your contract and be sure you know what your paying, and for WHAT your getting as you don't want a $2200.00 surprise bill at the end!

They did an amazing job replacing our roof and siding. Every aspect of our project was smooth and professional. Rocky's is definitely a great value if you want the highest quality work.

I hired Rocky's because I am friends with an employee. The owner is the rudest person. He is condescending, nasty, abusive, and most of the time ignores a customer. He ordered things for my job that I am now stuck selling because he wouldn't eat his mistake. I wasn't told about design changes until it was too late to find something else. If I hadn't stayed on top of them, my entire design would've been wrong because the project manager didn't pay attention to initial wall thru.

The job was said for five days.it took over a month. I was backed into a corner and forced to make last minute decisions based on their incompetence. They left my home in a bad condition. Employees left toilets used and unflushed. I was harassed for final payment before job was done. I paid. Still waiting for the touch ups not done or stains in carpet, etc to be taken care of.

Project manager was informed and I haven't heard a word since the job ended about fixing the touchups and stains. My friend is taking care of the issues. I've requested accounting since day one job was done. Owner is combative and playing games. Still haven't gotten what I requested. I will be filing a complaint and checking into a lawyer for accounting at this point.

All they had to do was give me paperwork and fix what was messed up. There are too many issues to list. The project manager did do a couple extra touches for me but comparatively speaking.doesn't cover the aggravation, time, etc. If it weren't for my friend, I would've let them go after the first major screw up. Do not do business with this company. It is a nightmare. The owner is horrific. Especially toward women.

Rocky has installed replacement windows at one house and a roof at another for me. He does great work. He's also checked on a few things for me and not even sent a bill. This place rocks. (I couldn't resist).

I requested an estimate for siding replacement from this company. I didn't disclose that it was for an insurance claim for damage from a storm. Kevin came out and looked around and I assumed took measurements. He told me that he would get back to me with a written estimate within a week. This was in June 2018. I have yet to get an estimate. I even called and left him a message. I had to go with another company because this one didn't give me any information.

They were fair, fast, and effective. I'm happy to leave their sign in the front yard.

We were very happy and impressed with the prompt reply and service on our roof. Also, the billing was very convenient!

Note - I didn't have any work done by Rocky's but I didn't have a great experience with the estimates part so I figured I would write a review. Short summary - Insurance came out and estimated the costs to repair my home after damage. They gave me a check for the amount they thought would be appropriate and said I could ask for more if the contractor needed it.

I had 3 contractors come out to give me estimates. Two of the contractors came out and sent me estimates within a few days. Rocky's refused to give me any type of estimate at all until I signed paperwork stating they would be the ones I go with. I thought this was extremely odd especially since the other two gave me estimates without hassle. Rocky was a nice guy and I may have gone with him if I got an estimate from him, but it just seemed fishy that I was required to sign paperwork before he would give me any estimate at all.
