I called them and they came out right away about a few damaged shingles. They actually repaired a LOT of the builder's mistakes on my 4 year old home's roof, and took me step by step through all of the other issues they found. There was no pressure to spend money to have them fix the issues, but it was to inform me and then encouraged me to reach out to my builder and gave me all of the options and possible long term effects. Nobody was trying to "sell" or "pressure me" into anything, just laid out the facts and encouraged me to make whatever decision that worked best for me. Highly recommend!

This company deserves 5 stars all the way! Steve was professional and courteous from the time we called. This was not an insurance claim as we had been refused by our company for over three years. We had a leak and extensive wind and sun damage. 1OAK 's crew arrived around 6AM ready to work, covered everything with tarps to protect shrubbery and catch debris.

They were all professional and pleasant, cleaning up everything when they completed the job. Steve followed through with everything he promised, We are very pleased with this company and will recommend them to anyone who needs roofing repair or replacement!

I highly recommend 1 OAK Roofing. Great price, high quality work and great customer service. I had a new roof and gutters installed. Jeremy and Steven explained the entire process and patiently answered all of my questions. The team did everything they said they would do on time and in a professional manner. No surprises. They stand behind their work.

I had to call them back on 2 small issues, both the result of the very unusual design of my roof and one of those issues was complicated because I didn't follow their advice and insisted on gutter covers in an unusually high water flow area. They responded quickly and Steven (the owner) accompanied his men. Steven didn't give up until he found the underlying source of one issue and quickly corrected it.

They made an adjustment to the gutter cover in one small area where there was some gutter overflow. We'll need to wait until we have a hard rain to see if it completely corrected the issue. Steven has already told me what Plan B will be if the current design still can't handle all the water. I trust Steven and know he won't stop until the issue is corrected.

Wow, what a different experience than the "run of the mill" contractor. Steven did not try to "sell" me anything! He was only interested in what I wanted and needed. He gave me his experienced guidance and advice, and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Then his crew arrived, and again I was just so pleased and impressed with their attention to detail and their respectfulness of my property. Everything was done right on schedule! I can't tell anyone enough times how professional and respectful this whole experience was! Thank You!

They were quick to respond after our initial contact for a roof inspection. They suggested We get in contact with our insurance agency. And have them inspect the damage. They also offered to come out when the insurance agent Came to inspect the damage. And show them their findings. I think that assisted us getting a good result from the insurance. 1oak Roofing promptly scheduled a Time materials arrived the day before and the next day the roofers came right out early in the morning.

And got right to work. They started at 7. And we're done by 4:30. They did a wonderful job the workers were nice. and friendly. They cleaned up before they left and there talented skills made the roof Look like a professional job. Not a sloppy throwing up mess. Thank you to 1 Oak Roofing and their team for a wonderful job.
