Deicing cables Runyon and Sons service was great - representative came on time to provide an estimate, estimate was provided within a week and price was very reasonable, production team kept me informed about status of the project and installation date, crew came on time and did a great job with the installation. We haven't had much snow since then, but the deicing cables worked well on the snow that did fall since installation. I highly recommend Runyon and Sons for any roof work.

We had Runyan and Sons do a huge project for us, new roof, new skylights and new gutters. The entire team was professional and kind throughout the entire project. Runyon & Son's roofing did a beautuful job on my new roof, all new Aluminum and Gutters. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and additional steps throughout project. Crew were professional and polite and answered all my questions and concerns. They left my property clean every day. My main contact was Todd who I can't say enough about, polite honest and professional. Doug was my sales rep, but he did much more than that. He diagnosed that I needed some complicated repair work at my home and he made sure that the correct solution was put in place and that the work was done correctly. Jeremy and his coworker did the work at my house and were very professional and polite. Doug was extremely responsive and professional. I would gladly hire Runyon again for any future roofing needs, and will refer business to them.

I installed 2 large skylights on my own 25 years ago and unknowingly flashed them incorrectly. About 10 years ago occasional leaks began to appear. I tried to seal them (ineffective at best) and the wooden frames began to rot. We decided to replace them and Runyon bubbled up as a Velux supplier. I evaluated their historical performance and scheduled an estimate.

The salesman was a roofer and was very fair about what obviously needed to be fixed and what we might find when the tear off took place. I was comfortable with them and we gave them the job. When the crew showed up they protected the inside of the house as well as our landscaping and went to work. We wound up replacing some sheathing which they showed me before replacement, it was bad.

The entire job was completed in a single day and I did not find so much as a nail or a scrap of paper at the job site when they left. I do most of my own work but I can say that it is truly worth the money to have a professional in for something like this. I'd recommend Runyon without hesitation.

I called this company because of there web page, where it had beautiful pictures of large Copper windows being installed on beautiful looking insulated Flat roofs. I wanted a quote on that for my building. The receptionist (Pam) called me back 3 days later after conferring with the Son, and said. We don't do that kind of work. when clearly the web site says they do.

They brag of fixing hard to fix problems, but in reality, they won't even come out to look at problems in Warrensville Hts, Ohio Highland Hills, Ohio, Cleveland, Ohio area, thus Pam. the receptionist who knows nothing about the roofing company takes your information. I was expecting a experience Skilled, professional Staff member to call me with setting up estimate appointment instead Pam called back saying we don't do Roof insulation, or Roof Windows, or Roof repair. Clearly there website does not reflect the work they actually do. Smoke and mirrors.

I noticed a roof leak while I was in my attic last night. I called Runyon and Son's this morning and they were out to my house in about an hour and had it fixed. The workers were very professional and even showed me pictures of the finished work. I will definitely call them for any future roofing work. I also let the people I work with know about their great service. Weird of mouth is the best advertising! Thanks again Runyon and Son's!

Runyon's roofers were experienced, skilled, and professional. They arrived early in the morning and worked long days, at a consistent, but not hurried pace. I was very pleased with the work they performed on two roofing projects i hired them to do. I believe you get what you pay for, and it was apparent when Runyon started my home roof on the same day a neighbor had a different company start his roof. From watching both crews it was readily apparent who was getting the better product.
