S.C.I. Roofing & Construction

After fighting with my Insurance Company, working with S.C.I. was such a welcomed experience. Any extras that the insurance did not cover they contacted the insurance company and dealt with them. My roof is beautiful and done right. The level of professionalism and caring was amazing. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a contractor.

Called four 5 Star rated roofing companies and Peter Freeman at SCI was the first to respond in 10mins! He personally conducted my inspection, helped submit my USAA insurance claim and facilitated my New Roof Installation with a 50 year transferable warranty! I'm proudly displaying an SCI sign Peter posted on my Front Lawn. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it use SCI again!!!

The SCI team was very easy to work with. They were extremely professional and educated me on the details of the process along the way. We asked them to formulate a solution for an area of our fence line that was at a higher elevation than the opposite of the property. They saw the challenge and executed a solution that me and my wife were very pleased with. I would recommend anyone looking to have a quality fence installed to contact them ASAP. My wife and I are very happy that we selected SCI to install our wood fence.

I recently had my roof replaced by SCI Roofing and the experience was spot on. From start to finish, they clearly explained everything and told me what to expect at every junction of the roof replacement. There were no surprises, I am happy with my roof and I highly recommend them. I worked with Travis who very attentive to all my concerns.

Josh Fisher did a great job. I would have appreciated faster, but had some rain issues to slow down the work. Final result is very good work and think they got all the bad shingles which caused another slight delay. SCI recently replaced our roof, and we could not be happier with the experience and end result. We worked with Josh, who stayed on top of communication as we went through the process. As we ran into roadblocks along the way, he presented all of our options while offering honest suggestions. We have an older house, and he and the SCI team problem solved quickly when they ran into an unexpected issue with the decking. Josh always made himself available when we had questions, and we will definitely be calling him for future projects.

Had SCI install a new Roof on my house they handle it through my insurance company and once approved they did everything they told me they would do, very satisfied with the job the installers did, would recommend S.C.I. if you need a Roof Replacement. Josh Fisher is very professional and friendly. He came to my home to provide an estimate on the roof. He was thorough and informative to help me determine what was happening. He took pictures and explained what was happening. He even went above and beyond providing great customer service. Rating 4.5 out of 5. We are very happy with the finished product. The Master Bath and Bedroom came out better than expected, even with finding several underlying issues with walls and subflooring. This was a large project that was added to several times. We added the downstairs Bath partial remodel which improved appearances significantly. The new railings in our house garage were redone for safety reasons and perform and look good.

The exterior repainting and one downspout rerouting also look good. The overall quality was very good and we would like to commend the tiler and painter for exceptional work. The rating reflects issues with the length of time taken to provide all the work. Some of it can be attributed to on the fly decisions and Covid caused material issues, but replacement of the cabinet man and other SCI contracted work did lead to some delays. We would use SCI again for more home improvements which is the highest praise we can give.

Jason was our primary contact. He organized everything and made sure that everything was on time and ran smoothly. I was amazed that your crew could put a new roof on our house, garage, apartment and gazebo in one day. The crew arrived early (before daylight), was very organized and efficient. They moved items away from the house, put out tarps to catch debris and cleaned up everything before they left. I was an amazing process to watch. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and value. Our compliments to your entire organization.

Matt and his team were amazing. SCI was patient and took time to listen to my wants and needs for my roof and gutter replacement. They went the extra mile by bringing the roofing options to me to look at in person. After the project was complete, they did a walk around to make sure to was happy with the job. The scope of the project was larger than a normal job (roof, gutters, garage doors, etc) all of which they were able to handle. Upon completion, there were 2-4 things they needed to correct that were addressed. I am so happy with my new roof and gutters. Thanks SCI for a job well done!

Good local business that provides a free consultation and roof inspection. After the inspection, David walked us through what he found and informed us of what our options were for getting our roof damage fixed. The whole experience was seamless and customer service was superior.

We had SCI replace our roof. They did a great job and kept us informed and updated throughout the process! SCI handled everything, and they were very flexible with our busy schedules. Dawson did a great job as our sales rep. We had some issues with the insurance adjuster, but SCI was very helpful and handled everything on their end. Our new roof looks fantastic, and I would highly recommend them for roof replacements.

GREAT company! Travis came in, assessed the project and within a day gave me a reasonable estimate. I received a few quotes from other companies (all less $), but they were not as detailed or omitted materials. This company gives full disclosure. My instinct told me to go with this company and I'm so happy I did! The level of communication is superb. Their work ethic is great. We're not 100% finished with the project, but I'm confident the level of service will not cease. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!
