Jason Sullivan knocked on my door because he was in the area. Very knowledgeable and thorough inspection of my roof. I got a bit worried as he helped me file a claim, then strongly recommended he be present to ensure that we get full value from insurance, and asked me to sign paperwork to commit to his company so he could speak for my insurance coverage.
I felt a bit pressured and reached out to close friends. None of them had worked with Severe Weather Roofing. This is not a negative review. I would prefer a few more questions up front to determine if I'm the type of person to sign-up with a person I just met for a large project.

Awesome experience. Dan and Daniel came out to inspect what I thought was a roof leak. They did not even go on my roof at first, as they had another hunch. After some inspection time they found that I had a faulty drain on my A/C unit in my attic. Wow what good work and experience! They showed up on time and provided top level service. Having been in the construction industry in the past I always appreciate working with people who respect their craft. These guys were great.

Severe Weather Roofing has been INCREDIBLE. They truly are our heros! We had a terrible experience with our previous roofers, got scammed and had lots of home damage from the previous faulty installation. Severe Weather (John was our direct contact) came in, empathetically supported us through the entire process of inspecting and redoing our roof.
They went above and beyond in their support of us to get our home back in shape and deal with the ramifications of our previous roofers. They jobsite was immaculate the whole time, the roofers did a wonderful job, they used very high quality materials, explained everything in an easy sense, worked extremely well with insurance, and were so nice to do business with. John in particular was our "MVP" (most valuable player).
I can't even tell you the number of calls and texts we've exchanged where he has been incredible compassionate, helpful, supportive and professional. We will only be using Severe Weather Roofing from now on. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I just had my roof replaced by Severe Weather Roofing. Based on the timing of the last hail storm, the work needed to be done within a very short time frame. Daniel and Shanell made it happen right on time! Daniel was very attentive and informative as I had never gone through this process before. Shanell was friendly and genuine and I felt very taken care of. Would definitely recommend this company!

We initially called Severe Weather Roofing to find why our roof was leaking. We had several companies come out, and each gave us a different answer. Daniel from SWR came out and took the time to actually go into my attic to see what was happening. Out of 4 companies, he was the only one who went into my attic. The leak wasn't actually happening from my roof - it was from a poor build design in my attic, and Daniel helped us understand how to quickly (and cheaply!) fix it.
In the meantime, he also took a look at our roof, and worked with our insurance company to get us a new roof and new gutters. I was a little hesitant, as I have had trouble with roof replacements in the past - but Daniel graciously answered all my questions and oversaw the entire process from start to finish. It was the easiest roof replacement I have ever had. Daniel and the Severe Weather Roofing team were so great we had them redo the roof on our rental property as well.
In the meantime, he also took a look at our roof, and worked with our insurance company to get us a new roof and new gutters. In July, we sustained hail damage to our roof, siding and gutters. A friend highly recommended Severe Weather Roofing and knowing someone with prior experience with this company was helpful. I called SWR and John Anderson was out the next day to assess the damage and needed repairs. They were very flexible with our schedule, the work and clean up was excellent, and Andrew helped us work through the insurance process. I was very happy with every aspect of our experience with John, Andrew and their team.

Severe Weather Roofing replaced our roof after a bad hail storm. I worked with Josh for much of the process, from estimates, to dealing with insurance, and everything in-between. I have several contractors come out to give estimates and I was the most satisfied with SWR and Josh. He was very knowledgeable, and offer to answer questions even if I decided to use a different contractor.
The roof replacement took a little long than I would have liked, but it was fall/winter and they were swamped from all the roof work that needed to be done in our area. Communication throughout the process was decent, at times I felt like I had to chase someone down, but overall I was happy. I would definitely recommend Severe Weather Roofing for any roofing needs.

Severe Weather Roofing completely exceeded my expectations when it came to excellence in customer service and quality. After a hail storm left much damage to my house, they were there for me from the moment I contacted them. Derek led me through the entire process and was there for my insurance inspection on my house to ensure that I was taken care of. Andrew consistently touched base with me to ensure my satisfaction and truly has impeccable customer service. Amber completely went above and beyond for me multiple times when it came to the gutter repairs on my house, even going out of her way to be present at my house to ensure that a quality job was done.
My roof and gutters look amazing and I cannot be happier with Severe Weather Roofing. 5 star QUALITY service all around. I highly recommend their services and will continue to recommend them in the future. Thank you for everything!

Severe Weather Roofing The whole team was great to work with. Ken, Louise, and John helped me through the whole insurance process start to finish. The roof looks amazing. Ken had the supplies delivered the night before the install so the supplies weren't sitting on the roof for days. The roof was done in one day. The roofers did a great job cleaning up they even vacuumed my driveway and deck. They also did my gutters they look great too. I am very happy with all the work and customer service I would recommend Severe Weather Roofing.
