Thank you for taking the time to inspect my roof after your workers damaged my Gutter Helmets. I truly appreciate your honesty and professionalism to make the job right and to make sure I was satisfied. Your offer to install an extra downspout at no charge to me is something rare these days. Not only did you fix the original problem, but you gave me a little something extra as show of good faith and customer service. You should teach a seminar in customer service.

Andrew diagnosed multiple problems and the crew worked quickly and carefully down to the last detail which included matching the color of the gutters with the rest of the house. We were also able to obtain additional information for the purpose of filing an additional insurance claim. We could not be more pleased with the outcome or service.

My phenomenal experiences with Springfield Roofing date back to October 2021 to today when we had siding fly off our house from a windstorm. Andre provided estimates for the siding repair as well as estimates for roof replacement. We were not interested in doing the roof at the time, and the siding repair was professionally completed. Fast forward to May 2022 when our house was on the market with a pending offer.

The house inspection stated "roof is on its last leg." I emailed Andre to update his roof estimates. He immediately messaged me back, and we were off to the races. After shingle selection, the shingle delivery company delivered the shingles on Friday, May 20th and hoisted them on to the roof using a crane mounted to a heavy vehicle. When they drove its vehicle onto our 2-year new driveway, they ruined the driveway due to the weight of the vehicle.

Our house is under contract to close on June 15th, and we needed resolution on the driveway repair/replacement. I notified Andre on Saturday, May 21st (when the damage was discovered), and he drove out to the house to investigate. He said that he would notify his upper management. I made numerous calls and was told that the insurance company of the shingle delivery company would be contacting me within 48 hours to resolve the driveway.

The insurance company did not contact me within the timeframe, and I was given a new POC, JC, at Springfield Roofing. I also spoke with Joe at the shingle delivery company with no satisfaction. JC bumped me up to the owner of Springfield Roofing, John. John discussed this with me on May 31 and said that he would deal with the shingle delivery company on this matter.

When I paid my bill for my new 25-year warranty awesome roof, I deducted the cost of a new driveway from the bill, at his insistence. John solved our problem and took the weight of the world off my shoulders. THIS IS SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMERS. I later found out that John was so concerned about how this situation was affecting his customer that he drove out to the site and stood on the driveway to assess the situation firsthand.

He leads his company from the front which he demonstrates by getting out in the field and not just by sitting behind his desk. I want to give a special shoutout to Andre, my point of contact for all matters roofing since October 2021, answering my texts and calls, driving to our house with samples, and driving to our house to respond when we discovered the problem with the driveway, always professional; to JC, my point of contact during the driveway incident, provided great customer service during a stressful situation; and to John, where the buck stopped who ultimately solved our problem and will work the issue with the shingle delivery company taking it away from the customer.

I highly recommend Springfield Roofing not only for its superior on time delivery of products and services but also for its unwavering commitment to its customers and masterful art of communication. As of this posting (June 3), I have still not been contacted by the shingle delivery company's insurance company.

I have used Springfield Roofing for multiple projects due to storm damage, including siding repair, roofing repair, and most recently a full roof replacement. These guys deliver great value and do quality work. They accommodated my requests, are easy to work with, and are timely. I've recommended them to friends who have also been very happy with their work.

Springfield Roofers just recently replaced our roof. When selecting a contractor, it is very tempting to take shortcuts. However, we weren't willing to compromise the quality of work when it came to the roof of our home so we selected this company for their reputation and we were not disappointed. The true test of a company's work ethic is put on display when unprecedented obstacles arise.

In our situation, we were met with a couple of these unique and unprecedented obstacles (defective shingle color). However, despite the hiccups, the owner (John) as well as our POC (JC) patiently worked with us and continued to drive the discussion until we were completely satisfied with the outcome (we weren't easy to please so they had their job cut out for them).

Bottom line: this company and its contractors are a gem; they went ABOVE and BEYOND (even after they were paid) to see that the experience was one that we would look back on with content. Most roofing companies can fix a roof, even private contractors. What sets this company apart was their willingness to see that we were happy and their diligence in providing excellent customer service even in the most unique situations. PS: an extra shout out to JC, the MVP: you rock!

We had the siding and trim replaced on our entire home, they did very high-quality work and were very professional throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Springfield roofing and sheet metal to everyone in the northern Virginia area. They are by far the best contractor that we have ever worked with. Jon the owner has been in business longer than I have been alive, and it shows.

He provided an easy no-pressure quote (unlike others I had come over) that was VERY competitively priced. He kept me updated as materials were ordered and notified me when work would begin.
