James Hardie Fiber Cement

A few years back we installed James Hardie siding on this beautiful house. This project was a new construction build and they wanted to replicate the look of an old farm house. We also installed the roof, soffit, fascia and gutters.

A roofer not watching the weather forecast

This is what happens when you hire a roofing contractor that does not care about your house. Apparently this roofer only was concerned about trying to get the job done. There is new Ice and Water shield and regular 15 lbs felt exposed to the elements while they tarped in the old shingles and new roofing still in the bundles.
