The work was high quality. Their main point of contact, Derek, was very responsive, thorough, and gave sound advice when requested. They worked with me and gave me clear options when we inevitably ran into supply chain issues (windows on this occasion). Would definitely recommend.

Derek came out and gave a detailed estimate of work that would be done. always answered my questions and returned my calls in a timely fashion and is very knowledgeable in this type of work. when it came to getting the siding, windows and doors replaced. the installers where always on time and in great moods no matter the weather conditions. they where very knowledgeable in the work being completed. the workmanship and quality of work done was everything expected. my favorite part of this whole experience was the cost was very fair and the job was complete in the estimated cost and time. thanks guys I'll be calling this summer for some gutter work

In June, we had a massive rain that resulted in flooding throughout the county and because the ground was so saturated, we had water in two rooms of our finished basement. Normal drying and having sealant applied did nothing as with the next rain, there was water again. I went to the Sure Seal office and although the showroom was technically closed Derek took time to talk with me and said he'd give the basement a look and see if they could help us.

True to his word, he arrived to assess the situation as we had discussed. He recommended contacting a foundation specialist which we did. After the foundation work was complete, I talked with Derek again to organize his pros to install new drywall that had been removed and fix some that was damaged. Derek was great keeping downtime minimal between crews.

He maintained constant contact with us regarding each step along the way and monitored the progress and quality of work for each of the crews. Everything looks great and is ready for us to paint. Will absolutely request support from Sure Seal Contractors for additional projects we have in mind.

My favorite part of the service was meeting and dealing with their estimator David. Good guy and I knew, being a 32 year tradesman myself, that the work would be good and fairly priced after our initial meeting. And then of course it was Service: Gutter installation

I made a note of Sure Seal after seeing a neighbor have their roof repaired. The crew started early and worked quickly. I had several people give me estimates recently, and Sure Seal was one of the better ones. They did a complete replacement of my roof, including decking. Derek was able to get me a good price on the decking by making sure to buy when the prices had dipped.

There was an inadvertent mistake by one of the roofers that was quickly repaired. They also replaced a section of gutter. The guys did a great job and worked very quickly. They did a much better job cleaning up than a company I had used previously. They also use a very modern method of venting the roof that doesn't incorporate the metal vents, which helps make sure there are fewer possibilities for water damage in the future. I'm very happy with all of the work!

Derek Flynn is my hero! He battled the insurance company for more reasonable payments, oversaw the storm damage repairs, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. This is the third time I have had work done by Sure Seal Contractors, and I highly recommend them. They use quality products, do great work, and all at a fair and reasonable cost.

The team at Sure Seal Contractors helped me take on a huge project. I wasn't sure where to start. They completed the roof in 1 day! This is the first carpentry business I have come into contact with in Bedford, Indiana that is truly professional, reliable, honest, reasonable and 100% serious about the work you need done. I tried about 10 other small to large outfits and they either did not show, did not return after an estimate- to- you name it. I am happy to have found Sure Seal Contractors. I was treated very courteously, which is not always the case being a modest home owner. I believe their business is built on trust and nothing more. I know from experience.

Sure Seal has done several jobs on our house this year, including ridge venting installation and installing a new front porch with a ramp. We were very happy with their work on both. From the initial contact to the finishing touches, everything was done with professionalism, courtesy, and quality. They will be the first ones we call with any new jobs, and the first contractors we will recommend to anyone.

Sure Seal did my new roof, as well as a sun tunnel skylight, recently. Project manager Dave returned phone calls promptly, showed up on time for appointments, and was easy and reliable to work with. Estimates were on the low side of average compared to a few other local roofers I contacted. Crew showed up exactly when Dave said they would, and completed work neatly and quickly.

They were done by early afternoon, and left my yard and kitchen (where they had to cut into the drywall for the sun tunnel) clean. I'm very happy with my roof and all the light I now have in my kitchen! Would definitely recommend!
