The Flat Roof

Flat Roof does great work and are very responsive. Tony came out with a couple workers and fixed our leak and our gutter that had come loose. I recommend them if you are in need of a new flat roof!

It's been over a year since The Flat Roof Company worked on our roof and it still looks and works great. They were responsive and fair throughout the whole process and it's clear that they do good work. I would highly recommend them for any flat roof projects.

Go drive by my warehouse on the corner of South Grand Boulevard and Cherokee and you will see why I gave them five stars. The roof was dilapidated and now it is beautiful. Anthony and his entire crew crew showed up to give a bid. It was pretty much what I expected to pay. What I did not expect was that they were finished in less than two weeks. They called me ahead of time and let me know they were coming out and sent pictures through each phase of the project.

This was a 12000 square foot section of my warehouse and it is now absolutely beautiful. Anthony and who's team are true professionals and that is hard to come by these days.

The Flat Roof Company is more than a company. There are many companies out there, but only a few who meet our expectations. Anthony exceeded our expectations. The crew arrived on the date scheduled and worked feverishly until the job was finished. This was a commercial building and my husband and I have had a lot of experience with flat roof contractors over the years of owning real estate. We contracted with the Flat Roof Company (FRC) to repair our leaking commercial flat roof. They installed a completely new tapered system that changed the slope of the roof so that we no longer had standing water on the roof. We dealt with Anthony, and he was straight and direct and let me know of issues as they came up. We have a three-story building with a concrete decked roof on steel trusses.

While FRC was performing the initial demolition portion of the roof, they discovered some structural issues that prevented them from properly repairing the roof. Anthony informed me that this was a rare occurance but that they would not be able to fix the roof until all structural issues were corrected. He said replacing the roof with the structural issues would cause severe problems in the future. Anthony then promply refunded me our deposit and told us to call him when the repairs were made, and he would do all he could to work us in his schedule to get the roof rescheduled as soon as possible.

We had the structural repairs made, and Anthony rescheduled us within one week of my call. His guys worked Wednesday through Sunday evening to complete the roof and avoided forecasted storms in the next week. The job was completed at the originally agreed-upon price, and we will have a dry building for many years to come. We give 5 Stars to Anthony and the Flat Roof Company.

Once I found a few issues on my roof, The Flat Roof Company came out quickly and used a cool drone to inspect my roof. Within a couple hours, photos from the drone and three choices of services were in my email. Once I had chosen a service and gathered the funds, I called them and within a few days the roof was completed. I am very happy with the service and the workmanship. I've never had to replace a roof, and was nervous about spending the money, but they made it easy and I'm secure that the house is protected for years to come!

I used Flat Roof in June 2020 and had a great experience. Anthony, the owner, had someone out to inspect the roof and give me a estimate within 24 hours. They were extremely responsive and were able to get my roof scheduled and done within 2 days of my approval. This is a family business, and I could tell how much they value customer satisfaction.

I trusted them implicitly to do what they said they would, and they did. Very impressed with this company and I fully endorse them. Don't hesitate to use them, I'm very glad I did.

Anthony and the team were incredible in fixing quite a few leaks on two of my commercial buildings, especially one that has a roof in quite poor condition. Anthony did a great job of explaining my options and what my expectations should be with each option. I found his pricing to be of great value for the work performed. He was also great at keeping in communication with me until the repairs were made and sent pictures of the repairs.

I am confident the repairs will hold up, but if not, the Flat Roof Team will be out to teak the necessary fixes if necessary. I highly recommend them to any business or commercial project.

Job well done.6 years later, no issues. Only complaint is that I never received pictures of the work completed when it was done. Didn't affect house the work was done or the results.
