Ryan did a great job, very professional, communicated well, and did really good work. He helped me move my TV antenna off the metal which was very helpful. I appreciated that Ryan took pictures of his roof work he did since I couldn't see it from the ground and am unable to go up on the roof myself. Ryan is a real perfectionist and his attention to details made me feel comfortable with the expense of the work and to have confidence it will last a long time.

Wonderful service from start to finish. Lowell met with us four times as we wanted to be absolutely sure we knew what we were doing and what to expect during this large process. Lowell was professional, kind, and patient with us and every person on the multiple crews who showed up to preform our multiple installations were outstanding. I spoke to most of the staff and was so happy to have them performing this transformation to our home.
They replaced our roof, all siding, and installed gutters with guards that are finally big enough for our home. I definitely recommend him and the team for any and every thing!

Where do I begin? Awesome service and quality work. Phillip quoted our siding and gutter install before the garage was even framed. First time homeowner contracting all the work out myself. It was an experience and a challenge. The first crew that came out to start the install were not very helpful. Unfortunately, we were not ready when they got here.
When I was ready they were right back out and it was two different guys named Jesse and Zack. They were more than helpful and appeared excited to do the job. They completed everything and checked in with me during it all. He even come by after the install to see what I thought was a problem. He quickly informed me what I needed to do and why it was done the way they did it. We are still waiting on our gutter install, but the siding looks great! Thanks!

The team at Valley Roofing was great to work with to get my gutters and roof replaced. Steve walked me through the estimate and what was included and other potential cost due to needing some wood replaced. Mike and Bruce both were on sight off and on to make sure the job expectations were clearly communicated. Pablo did a great job on site making sure everything was done well.
The job was completed quickly and the area around my house was cleaned and magnets were used before they left. I highly recommend Valley Roofing for any exterior house needs They did the job right, exceeded my expectations and I love my beautiful roof and gutters.

The folks at Valley Roofing were really great to work with! I had them over to estimate a front porch project and some roof damage. Alan came by to assess both projects and was able to provide an accelerated timeline for the repair. Very quickly I heard from their repair team and over two days they replaced the attic vents and repaired some water damaged fascia boards.
They were able to save my current gutters. Jerry, Shane, and Ryan were all fantastic to work with and very communicative about when they would arrive as well as any required access to electricity or water. Overall they were very professional, did great work, and left the job site very clean. A+ would recommend for any roof/repair needs and I look forward to our next project with them.

I absolutely love my roof and this entire experience has been wonderful. Esteban's crew was professional, fast, and they took time to do the extras like fix a piece of my broken siding where my old leaking roof had rotted it. Ramiro, Cruz, and Jose were an unstoppable 3-man team. They showed up early every day, worked hard, and besides the regular construction sounds, I didn't even know they were here.
No loud music blasting or constant smell of cigarettes like many other contractors I've worked with. These guys were professional and checked in often to make sure I was happy with the ongoing work. AND they finished earlier than their expected timeframe. Great job by Valley Roofing!

Valley Roofing did an excellent job installing our metal roof. During every stage of the job, from original estimate to final inspection, they were on time and responsive. Watching their crew was amazing. Everyone knew exactly what to do and they worked like a team that had a lot of experience. The quality of the work is top notch, they were very careful to protect our landscaping, and they cleaned up thoroughly after themselvs. I recommend them highly.

In the year of COVID where customer service has disappeared with most phone calls, instead I was met with a helpful voice on the telephone, prompt quote and efficient and reliable (and competitively priced) roof and seamless gutter. A Valley Roofing representative inspected our roof and talked to us about the age and wear of our shingles. He provided a detailed estimate and answered our questions without pressuring us. The roofing crew removed the old shingles and installed the new shingles in about 1 1/2 days. The gutter crew installed custom fit gutters in 1 day. Yes, it's a bit of a mess having the work done, but we are happy with the workmanship and feel confident that the new roof/gutters will protect our home for a long time. We recommend Valley Roofing.

My builder selected Valley Roofing to install the standing seam metal on our new house construction project. This was a large 60 square project. We were so fortunate to have the expert crew of Ramiro, Cruz and Hector install our new roof. These guys really know what they are doing. They worked very hard every day to ensure the project was completed on time, arriving early on the last day to ensure they avoided the rain.
Every detail, down to selection of the perfect spray paint color for roof penetrations, was accomplished with the ultimate professionalism. They were always friendly and courteous to us, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Highly recommend Valley Roofing! Extremely professional service from the inception to the end line. Proposal was given in a timely manner, details were explained on a 1-h Zoom call which really brought the extra customer service we needed. Top notch service. Our roof replacement had 3 phases and for each, a crew dedicated with a manager, who all proved to be very communicative, helpful, and patient with our questions. Installation was quick and perfectly done. They also came back to fix tiny details. So happy with our half metal/half shingles roof!

We have.anolder home with a metal roof. After contacting several roofing companies Valley Roofing clearly knew about metal roofs. Their estimates came and accurately diagnosed the source of the leak and provided a repair estimate.to the dollar. He also recommended gutter repairs and cleaning before I asked for those services.which I'd intended to.
The repair technician came at the scheduled time, explained his repairs, performed them with clear expertise, and left a clean work area. The final bill was exactly as estimated. I'm very satisfied.

We had a very positive experience. We replaced our home and garage roof, installed gutters and gutter guards. We had an odd roof area that leaked off and on for years. I explained how I wanted it fixed and they did exactly as asked. The couple minor corrections we asked for were done quickly and to our satisfaction.

Getting services that are done by competent professionals can be quite the challenge in rural or otherwise underserved areas. I tried on numerous occasions to have roofers in my county fix a few tricky roof leaks that I had on my contemporary style home. (Lots of roof angles etc.) Nobody seemed to be able to address it adequately. I even had one roofer tell me that it could not be fixed given the slopes and angles involved.
I called Valley Roofing on the recommendation of a friend, and they did indeed fix my problem! They showed up when they said they would, assessed the problems, and sent me an accurate estimate. The price was not outrageous and I would say that they are very knowledgable and professional. The admin support was also responsive via email. Thanks guys!

Called them for gutter cleaning. They supposedly cleaned the gutters but a week later they were overflowing and water was running down the side of our house. They tried to sell me new gutters on a 10 year old house and a new roof as well. I would never recommend them to anyone. I believe they are dishonest.

Very positive experience with Valley Roofing. They installed a rubber (EPDM) roof in which they had to incorporate and flash brackets for new railing. They worked directly with the railing company. so it saved me the time and hassle. And, in the end, they did a great job. Enjoyed working with the folks at the office and on site.

Valley Roofing has AWESOME customer service and reasonable prices! We needed a roof repair done within a very short timeframe. Not only did Valley Roofing meet with us almost immediately to perform the estimate, they re-arranged their schedule to get our repair done within a matter of days - saving us much time and effort had it not been done within our deadline! We are very appreciative of their dedication, good work and excellent service!
