We offer quarried slate from all over the world along with man-made, eco-friendly 100% salvageable slate. Slate roofs are the top-of-the-line roofing material made from genuine rock that lasts forever.

We prefer using copper fasteners and flashings on our slate roofs. Copper metal will last approximately 100 years before needing replacing. Capital Roofing's labor warranties on these type of roofs are a lifetime. Commercially, we install bitumen coal tar roofs, TPO, EPDM with ballasts of any size. Most of these roofs carry manufacturer's warranties of 12 to 30 years, and our labor warranties are 5 to 10 years.

We install standing seam metal roofs commercially or residentially using all types of metal from copper to zinc. The labor warranties on our metal roofs range from 5 to 15 years.
