Atlas came back in May to repair the stairs leading up to the front door. They arrived with smiles and promises of treating us like family. Initially things were fine. Costs ran way higher than what we had budgeted because Atlas suggested a few changes that they thought appropriate. We also opted for a more expensive step, which Atlas claimed to have gotten us a deal on. No major issues to this point.
Once the job was finished, we realized that there was a leak emanating from the stairs to our storage area just below. We asked Atlas to come back up to patch the leak, which should be a simple, straightforward job. They made repeated promises to show up, only to provide excuses as to why theyre unable. At certain points they would just not respond to our messages.
I would CERTAINLY not recommend Atlas to anyone looking for a quality service that acts with integrity.
