Roof Replacement
We specialize in complete roof replacements using premium materials like architectural shingles, metal roofing, and EPDM rubber. Our process includes tear-off of old materials, structural inspection, and precision installation to ensure durability against Albany's extreme weather. Each project includes manufacturer warranties and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
EPDM Flat Roofs
Our EPDM flat roof installations provide long-lasting protection for low-slope roofs. Using commercial-grade rubber membranes, we create seamless waterproof barriers resistant to UV damage, extreme temperatures, and hail. Ideal for both residential and commercial properties in the Capital Region's harsh climate conditions.
Skylight Installation
As a VELUX Preferred Contractor, we install energy-efficient skylights that enhance natural lighting and ventilation. Our leak-proof system uses triple-layer flashing and tempered glass for durability. Services include replacement of leaking skylights and integration with smart home automation systems.
Attic Insulation
We install high-performance blow-in insulation to improve energy efficiency and prevent ice damming. Our R-value assessments ensure optimal thermal performance, reducing heating/cooling costs by up to 40% while extending roof lifespan through temperature regulation.
Commercial Roofing

I have to say that their foreman Gabriel and the entire crew that did my roof today were absolutely fantastic. They were on time so polite so professional they went above and beyond for everything and such hard workers. They did a fantastic job and they went above and beyond for certain things on my roof and my shed, and what a cleanup job too. They really did such a good job on everything I would recommend home evolution to anyone, and in fact, I already have.

Home Evolution kicked butt! They were on time, efficent and a supervisor was at my home to ask or answer Ny questions. Their price is fair and did a fantastic job! They cleaned my property so well that when they were gone you did not know they came. I will be recommending them!

They did an excellent job installing new ice and water shield, flashing, drip edge and shingles. They also rerouted my downspout so that it did not add more water to the roof but went directly into the gutter. This company uses top quality products on their jobs. Almost a year later I had a small problem with the siding that they had to remove and replace when working on the roof. They came back and completely corrected the situation.

Great experience with Home Evolution. The foreman David arrived with his crew as scheduled, and completely tore apart and replaced my large roof in a single day. They also replaced some damaged plywood in my attic and installed an attic fan. I was updated regularly as to the progress, and the crew worked until the job was finished and everything was completely clean. Now I have a beautiful new roof! Highly recommend this company for their level of quality and their efficiency of job completion!

Home Evolution was the highest of the three bids, but they were able to schedule the repair at a time most convenient for us. That, and their comprehensive assessment, complete with visuals, and the completion time of the repair job worked with the prior reviews to convince us to hire them. The job was done on time, on budget and done VERY well. We won't need another new roof for a while, but there are other repair jobs that need to be done, and we will be contacting them. Excellent work, from beginning to end!

When we sought quotes on our roof replacement project, Igor from Home Evolution was the only contractor who came to our home and reviewed our roof from the outside and the inside. We hired Home Evolution on the spot. A six-man crew arrived on October 20th, as promised, and replaced the roofs on our home and shed in one day. Russ, the foreman, was on site the entire day and inspected every phase of the project.

The crew not only did a great job of installing the roof, they did an exceptional job of cleaning up. Igor and Russ we're a pleasure to work with and the entire process went more smoothly than we had anticipated. I highly recommend Home Evolution for workmanship, communication, competitive pricing and most of all, professionalism. FIVE STARS!

Home Evolution Roofing is awesome! My wife and I were due for a new roof and we started looking into roofing companies recommended by friends, family, and neighbors. We received 4 different quotes from 4 different companies. Home Evolution wasn't the cheapest and not the most expensive but we both felt they offered the best value and quality for a fair price. Alex came to give us a quote and set up the deal and he was thorough, honest, not pushy for a sale.

He was easy to work with and gave us a great deal on a new roof for the house and our shed and replaced our gutter guards. The roofing crew was efficient, on time, and delivered a new roof in a day. The foreman Ben was personable and communicated with me every step of the way. Showed me pictures of the progress. Andre arrived two days later to put on the gutter guards, and they were in and out in a couple hours. Andre was very personable as well.

Everyone we met from this company made you feel like the customer is first and they are there to take care of you and your house. I'm probably set for the next 30 years, but I won't hesitate to call these guys back when we are due again.

We had a new 50yr roof installed today by today by Home evolution and could not be happier we decided to use them, the price was about what we envisioned it would cost plus 2 replacement skylights, Ed the sales rep was prompt for our scheduled meeting to go over our needs. He was transparent in what they offered both in price and what products they use. The Crew of 6 showed up on time and went right to work first with protection (I had concerns about the Hudson River along our property being polluted from debris) then removal of the old roof, Dimitri the foreman assigned to our project was engaging and knowledgeable about the project addressed all the hurtles that came up (plywood and 1x roof substrate replacement) without skipping a beat. Got the roof replaced in 1,11 hr day! I would recommend evolution roofing to anyone who needs a roof replaced.

Home Evolution has been my go-to roof-related team for the past 6+ months. From my first call, I was treated respectfully, professionally and kept in the know. Most recently, our home in Guilderland sustained fascia damage from a wind-storm. Ivan provided a proposal on the spot and ensured me that the team would be in contact to schedule and make the repair. I was contacted the day before the repair, then again this morning when the team showed up to begin the work. Andre took the extra time to evaluate some potential issues with my roof and provided some insight on what to do. The fascia was repaired quickly and efficiently and I'm very happy with the outcome! THANK YOU!

We were well satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. The initial rep, Ed inspected our roof and showed us videos and then went over options with us. We were impressed with the quality of all the materials. Leo kept us up to date on the scheduling. The day of, the crew arrived on time and were done with everything, including a thorough clean up by 4:00. Andre, the foreperson went above and beyond. Recommend to our Albany neighbors. Two others on our block are using Home Evolution this spring.

While on our roof, they found and sealed some cracks in our chimney at no extra cost. Andre was excellent, and communicated with us throughout the repair. Vasily handled the estimate, interim tarping, and scheduling very well.

My service was masonry chimney repair. I contacted Home Evolution after not being able to find a mason to repair my two stone chimneys. Home Evolution had someone to my house and handed me a quote within days of me first reaching out to them. Concerned about winter temperatures coming, Home Evolution squeezed my job in. Isaiah, the mason on the job was the best, his work ethic and honesty to me as the customer was a blessing, traits rarely seen these days. Isaiah does beautiful work and is extremely knowledgeable about masonry work. I am extremely pleased with how my chimneys look and relieved to know that Home Evolution will guarantee this work for the years to come.

Super happy with Home Evolution! Andre was extremely courteous and professional. We could not be at the home - he sent pictures throughout the job. Finished quickly and they came out to the home quickly as well. They're response time on my initial phone call was fast, too! Very reasonably priced and great work! Even fixed some extra little problems for us! We'll definitely be calling them back for other projects!

Our home is 21 years old and we still had the original roof. When a guy from Home Evolution knocked on our door we decided to get the free inspection. We scheduled the inspection and Vincent came out a few days later. I was impressed with Vincent. He is a nice young man who showed me a video of our roof and explained what he found. We knew we would need a roof either now or in the near future. Based on the video we decided not to wait. Vincent thoroughly explained the roofing products they use, the warranty, what's included, time frame, and history of the company.

He was knowledgeable and comfortable to work with. The scheduling manager called and put us on the schedule even sooner than expected! The shingles were dropped off the day before. The roofing team started showing up around 7:15 AM and stayed until the job was done about 6 PM. They were very nice, thorough, and cleaned up everything before they left. The new roof looks great!

They returned to do the gutters with leaf guards and it all looks great! They were very responsive to emails with questions. I hope to not have to see them again anytime soon, but feel like they would take our concerns seriously.
