Awesome company! Ethan was extremely prompt at coming out and assessing the metal roof on my large shop that was leaking. He explained clearly what the problem was (all fasteners had worked loose over time) and was able to schedule his crew to come out within a week, even though they were clearly already busy. They were very professional and courteous, and completed the replacement of all fasteners in one day. At the completion of the job, Ethan sent 'before and after' photos of their work. I highly recommend Ethan and his entire crew for any roofing work you may have!!

This company is awesome!!! Reasonably priced and very professional. Ethan, the owner, is very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed done to repair two nasty leaks we had. He answered all our questions and sent us a quote that same day. We scheduled the work and the workers were on time and very professional as well. Amazing roofing company! We recently discovered a leak in our shop roof. The house was on the market so everything needed to be in great working order, and very quickly. We called Ethan and he came out right away to do an estimate. He took photos to document the situation, explained the easy fix, and scheduled us for the repair on Christmas Eve! They got rained out, but the weather cooperated a few days later. They repaired the roof, took photos of the finished work to document, left the work site clean, and we are back in business. As I said, Amazing! I highly recommend First Rate Roofing!

How many businesses have you seen that have hundreds of 5 star ratings? Nothing less than 5 stars? Me, none ever. Welcome to First Rate Roofing. Owner Ethan impressed me with his drive, background, business acumen, attitude and sincerity. His bid came in under other's I'd received, with premier shingles and enhancements. My earlier roofing experiences having a roof replaced, plus watching many other crews works usually require up to a week to replace a roof. Ethan said his crew could replace mine in 2 days. Crew foreman Brandon did an excellent job of keeping me informed before, after and during the process. The crew's clean up of my yard was perfect, couldn't tell they'd been here. Love my new roof. I couldn't be more satisfied, giving Ethan, Brandon and the crew a 10! Service like this is hard to find now days. I highly recommend Ethan, Brandon, his team and First Rate Roofing Services.

We got a new roof last month and couldn't be happier! The work was completed in a day, so day two was only clean up and inspection. Great work done well, speedy, and at a great price. We even decided to use them to build our front porch. We will be using them for other future projects and would definitely recommend.

We choose First Rate Roofing to install a new roof on our home this summer. It had deteriorated with age, weather, cracked shingles and roof mold. Now we have a new roof that looks fantastic. The quality of workmanship is top notch. They installed new drip guards, vents, flashing and sealed every thing up tight, which was a concern of ours with the winters that we have here. Communication was good throughout the process too; they were very approachable with any and all questions that we had. We're very satisfied with the professional job that the entire crew performed.

My husband called First Rate Roofing and explained what was happening. Over the phone, Ethan suspected it to be a very quick and easy fix based off of my husbands description. Ethan got a team to our house the same day and confirmed that the fix was just a lack of flashing and made the quick repair! I called to see if I could get an roof inspection done and Ethan worked me into the schedule same day. 30 minutes later, he was at my house looking at my roof! Expeditious service! He gave me a lot of great info to keep the roof looking good and made me feel confident about the roofing situation. The whole process working with Ethan and his team was great. From the initial call out to inspect and provide a quote (multiple options in our case) everything was clear, concise and upfront. To the repair in which his team did a great job, and best of all were great to my kids who were in the back yard asking questions non stop while they worked. Overall cant recommend them enough!

Ethan was outstanding. Responded immediately when I called about a leak in my mobile home. Other companies did not even call back. Ethan fixed the immediate problem and he gave me a bid for fixing up some other issues on roof and decking roof. His work is great, he knows his stuff and takes many pictures.
