They were so professional and nice. The estimator spent 2 hours doing a thorough inspection and told me exactly what was needed and what they would do. They did my roof in 2 days as promised and cleaned everything up, I'm so impressed with this company! The price was very reasonable.

Fantastic! 100% pleased. On a late Friday evening, backing into my driveway with a U-Haul truck I bumped into the tile roof line of my neighbors house. I called their 24/7 emergency phone number and spoke with one of the owners, Lorie. She was really nice, and had me text her pictures of the tile while we chatted, and made an accurate assessment over the phone. The very next morning she sent over Clayton, and he set the situation right. Understandably my neighbor was upset with me, but Clayton explained the repairs in a way that gave her peace of mind. 1000% Satisfied. They made it as if none of this happened.

Right Way Roofing just finished our tile roof; took up all the tiles and old underlayment, replaced a few sheets of OSB, installed several roof vents, installed their 50 year underlayment and replaced the tiles - replacing any of the broken tiles. Also re-roofed the flat portion over the patio with their super thick insulated material and white overcoating. 3-day job. Can't say enough about their quality work. Extremely professional, fast but extreme attention to detail and delivering an outstanding product and result. Crew was incredible; professional, polite, non-stop hard working even in the 114 degree Tucson heat. Clean up every night was perfect. Couldn't be happier - from the original quote from John to the finished product supervised by Kevin, and the incredible crew. Thank you so much!

Had roof paper replaced on tile roof, got multiple quotes, mine was right in the middle which is what you want. Was well informed as job was proceeding, was right on time at the price I was quoted, crew, management all very professional. In the future I will only have to make one call for roofing and that will be to Right Way.

i chose rite way roofing, not only because i needed a new roof, but i had some roof drainage issues i was hoping they would address. the one who came out for the estimate told me they would, indeed, address this issue - however, i was expecting the worst. instead, javier and his working crew came up with a plan. the crew is incredibly hard working - stayed up on the roof working all day in 106 degree conditions. they completed the roof within two days, did a great job, and i got my drainage issues resolved. thanks much.

We had a decent hail storm punch a small hole in my 18 year old roof. After being denied a claim from State Farm (just the hole, not the whole roof, didn't even try) we contacted a few different local roofers for an estimate. Right Way was actually first on scene and delivered a very fair estimate with the best warranty out of anyone I contacted. I can't say enough about Right Way Roofing! They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Our number one concern was the mess that would be created from tearing off the old roof. We didn't have to worry about a thing! They even tarped off our pool to avoid nails and other debris accidentally going in there. The crew was at our house for a day and 1/2. At the end of each day they were meticulous in clean up. We couldn't tell they had been there accept for looking up and seeing our beautiful new roof.

Working with Right Way was a great choice. Lori and Jerry worked with my husband and I every step of the way to get our 30 year old concrete tile roof and underlayment updated.

In the process of selling my home i had two small repairs to the roof. They were able to get me an appointment quickly and rectified the issues immediately. Other companies were very overpriced or just didn't want to be bothered. Highly recommend Right Way Roofing!!

The roofers led by Alex did a great job. They are a group of hard working guys, technically capable, and extremely efficient. The supervisor, Jerry, was very helpful and informative as well, excellent guy! He responded almost instantly whenever I reached out to him. The young guy, Dustin, who hauled the dumpster to my driveway, tried his best to unload the dumpster as closed to one side of the driveway in order to allow me to to pull my car in and out the garage as convenient as possible. In addition, the unloading of the materials were completed in a short time so that the inconvenience of using road by the neighbors was reduced to the least. Great job guys and keep it up! Thank you very much for the great job!

We had our roof replaced and couldn't be happier than the work provided by Right Way Roofing. The cost was reasonable, the work was done to our complete satisfaction and the cleanup was through. Job leader, Jeff was excellent. We had a small sheeting issue which they repaired at the cost per sheet as quoted. Work was completed on time and completely cleans up. I recommend them for roofing.

Just had our roof replaced after getting several estimates. I was impressed with the shingle warranty (30 year) and workmanship (15 year) warranties. I liked shingle color choices, the thoroughness of getting things up to code and considerations for better ventilation (though not mandatory via additional dormers). The crew were hard working, cleaned up the yard after the job. Kevin and Lori Clark did a great job making sure everything was completed satisfactorily. They also communicated with me in a timely fashion as well when I had questions. Lastly, you may get a discount from your homeowners insurance too like me with a brand new category 3 or 4 grade shingle.

Our experience from beginning to end of the project was excellent. After comparing five different quotes, Zach from Right Way Roofing answered all our questions and concerns, and proved that his company was the right way to go for us to replace our flat roof with his outstanding guidance.

We also want to recognize the hard work and professional attitude of everyone involved, from the office staff, to the work crews, to the owner Lori, who were always prompt and helpful. Lori the owner is awesome. They finished up the 3rd roof for myself or my family. Javier the superintendent on the site was always there when they started and stopped by several times during the latest project. Once we got clarity with our contract, it was smooth sailing from that point. We had a skylight on a foam roof completely replaced which was not a small job. Shopping for a new roof and an honest contractor was a very big deal for me. After plenty of research and numerous estimates, Right Way was the obvious choice. Troy arrived on time, investigated and offered his experienced analysis. I was on a tight time schedule but his team made room for me in the lineup. I am a super cautious consumer, and I really counted on online reviews to help guide me to a good, honorable roofing company. Right Way Roofing reviews were really good, so I went with them. They were amazing (I worked with Kevin), had great communication, showed up on time and did exactly what they said. No surprises. Great price, great product, and no hidden "surprises". Troy, the estimator, even helped get my insurance to cover all of it (yes wallet!!). Given my experience, I would not even consider anyone else. I give them my 100% recommendation to anyone who wants a reputable company to work with. My mom even used them the following week. I'm sure you won't be disappointed either.

After finding out we had a roof leak in our garage ceiling, we called Right Way Roofing and so glad we did. Their products are far superior to what the original builder had used on our roof. We decided to do the whole roof and do it the "right way". Now we can relax when the monsoon hits and not have to worry. Reasonably priced, awesome warranties and in general all around great service. The work was done as planned and the crew were very polite and professional . They left the yard very clean and tidy. Even after picking up the dumpster, they used the blower to pick up any debris. I interviewed a half dozen roofing companies before deciding that Right Way offered better materials, craftsmanship, and they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I knew what they were going to do and when. Their crew was very professional and did a great job and cleaned up after each days' work. They essentially rebuilt my large patio that had deteriorated over the years and now looks brand new. One thing that stood out throughout the installation was that they responded and attended to any questions that I had, and the project manager kept telling me that if I had any further questions that I could contact him anytime.

Their work is covered by a 30 year warranty and it is transferable if I should ever sell the house. As they've been around for a couple of decades I feel confident that if I should ever need any repair that they will still be in business and will honor their warranty. It was questionable if a couple of the other roofing companies I interviewed would still be around if I ever needed a warranty repair. They didn't require a down payment and I didn't pay the invoice until I was satisfied with the job.

Right Way wasn't the cheapest estimate I got, but I felt that what they offered was a step up and worth it, and I have the peace of mind that if I should ever need a repair that they will be there to take care of it.

We live in Cottonwood and could not be happier with Right Way Roofing, especially the superior roof underlayment product and installation, service and professionalism, and manufacturer and labor warranties that far exceeded any other bids we obtained. Zach provided a bid that that was very competitive and Javier as our roofing supervisor paid attention to every detail. Lori and her husband also have a warehouse full of various concrete roof tiles to try to match as closely as possible to our existing 20-year old tiles. The flat roof foam product and coatings for our flat roof over our patio were also a step above most flat roof products. We highly recommend Right Way Roofing!

We were very pleased with everything from start to finish. The quote given was professionally done & they took the time to check things first, not just give a quote based on age & size of roof. When the project began Javier provided constant communication & photos of what was being done- really appreciated that! We only did the underlayment & had some new roof tiles that don't match our "not-available" color anymore, but the new was all put towards the back & can only be seen at a very particular angle - very pleased.

Right Way Roofing spent time with me explaining the process and quote. I wanted a color change on the roof to one more energy efficient which was different than what I originally said, but they gave me no trouble changing the color. I have both an asphalt shingle and a flat roof (over the garage). They took care of both and had longer warranties than their competitors. I also like that they have been in business over 20 years and have a good BBB rating. The workers communicated well what the schedule was and cleaned up daily. The nice man (Vicente?) who did the final coat on the flat foam roof did an excellent job making it look nice. I would recommend the company and use them again.

I had a great experience at every level with Right Way Roofing. Booking was easy, I know I spoke with Stephanie, but there were a few more people at the office that I spoke with and apologize that I don't recall their names. Troy was communicative when starting the process and inspecting my roofs current condition, going over options, and addressing any concerns I had. They finished my full roof tear out and replacement in 6 hours and it looks great. For inquiring minds, the shingle displayed is the Tamko Titan XT in Desert Sand color.
