We contacted Peak on a Sunday over the winter with Ice Dam issues in our 7 unit townhome community. I got a response within 20 minutes and after some back and forth and a review of our buildings we had a quote that evening.

1. The quote was very reasonable
2. A crew came on Tuesday and did the removal of Ice Dams and shoveled all 7 roofs!
3. Thoroughly cleaned up the snow that had dropped.

I had a great experience with PQR from start to finish. Jim and Valentina made the process simple from inspection to installation. They showed up when they said, the crew worked impressively hard while also keeping the property clean. The quality of the work is excellent and my roof looks amazing. Pricing was fair, there were no surprises, and they completed the job quickly. Im very happy with what they did and highly recommend their service.

Peak Quality Roofing was a pleasure to work with - they arrived on time during the initial consult, used a drone to gather information, sent a timely and detailed report afterwards to share the scope of the project, along with reasons as to why it would be important to do different levels of repairs and provided different levels of urgency so we could assess our priorities. We were not ready to commit to the most comprehensive package at this time, and they were quick to make adjustments to meet our needs, all the while maintaining utmost professionalism.

When the job was completed, they sent us photos to help us see the work. They also went above and beyond their scope of work to add flashing to the second chimney at no cost, since they already had the materials and wanted to do right by the roof and prevent future water damage. We appreciated that customer-facing gesture and their attention to detail!

Our two minor pieces of recommendation for improvement would be in the payment and communication process just prior to the work day. It took awhile for us to figure out how to process payment due to a system glitch, but eventually we were able to make it happen. Then, when it came time to schedule work on the roof, we had short notice and would have preferred being given more time to alert our tenants that folks would be onsite that day.

Aside from these two things, however, Peak Quality Roofing was a pleasure to work with and we would hire them again for future projects!

Peak Quality Roofing did a fantastic job from the initial call to the finish line! My house needed a full re-roof and new gutters. Valentina and Jim went the extra miles to explain, make sure that I understood, and walk me step-by-step, especially since my roof had solar panels, as well.
The crew arrived on time, worked with quality, and even came back on the following rainy day to ensure that they had cleaned up everything from the night before! They even left the property cleaner than it started! They finished the job, closed on the permits, and called me to answer an additional question that I had.
I have had bad experiences with other home improvement companies that are only in it to make a sale. That is NOT the case with Peak Quality Roofing! They are a company that genuinely care and take pride not only in their work, but also in the Customers themselves!

A job very well done! The roofers very expertly & efficiently removed a huge amount of very thick ice dams all around the overhangs of my roof, as well as tons of snow from my roof. Had Peak Quality Roofing come out to remove the snow and ice. It was easy and fast. The crew did a great job. Roof looks great. All the snow and ice was cleaned off the driveway as well.

Great company! My chimney needed flashing and some repairs and Peak Quality was the best choice! They are very communicative and punctual. They are very professional and get the job done. Peak used a drone to assess the damage and I got a full breakdown of what needed to be repaired, how long and how much itll be.
