Certified Home Remodelers are a very professional company. Installation of the sliding glass door was done in less than a day. My porch and apartment were left immaculately clean. They even rolled up my rug and took down the vertical blind, then reinstalled everything when they were done. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for home remodeling work.

It's a pleasure to write another glowing review for Brad Jessup and Certified Home Remodelers. Brad helped us make our home flexible and functional to meet our goal of aging in place. He helped us enlarge a half bath, transform unused space into beautiful, tranquil areas, and allow us to enjoy our home even more! I always appreciate Brad's professionalism, his way of explaining processes and his invaluable knowledge about how materials perform. If there's ever an issue (rare), Brad fixes it well. All in all, a wonderful experience.

We had Brad and his team handle a major project for us roofing, siding, new porch, and insulation and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Their craftsmanship was top-notch, and the attention to detail truly stood out in every phase of the job. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They kept us informed, answered every question, and made sure we always knew what to expect.

It made the whole project smooth and stress-free.

Were extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Brad and his team to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor. We had zero issues just great work and a great experience.

We recently completed a kitchen remodel with Certified Home Remodelers which included new cabinets and counter tops, flooring, lighting, and the removal of a half-wall. Brad is clearly very selective about who he brings onto a job and the quality of the products he sells; his subcontractors were reliable and did quality work and our new Schrock cabinets are solid and well built. If you are looking for a contractor who prioritizes high-quality results and brings in the best talent to get the job done right, we would certainly recommend Brad. We love our new kitchen!

Certified Home Remodelers has completed multiple projects for us: kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, insulated our attic and corrected a mistake made by another contractor that prevented proper ventilation in the attic, replaced a sliding glass door, installed windows, replaced the front door and front storm door, and made improvements to drainage at the bottom of the basement stairs. Brad Jessup took the time to explain each project thoroughly, he provided a timeline for each project that he and his staff followed precisely, and each job was completed to our satisfactionquality was top notch. Based upon our experience with Brad Jessup and Certified Home Remodelers, we are happy to recommend them as a reputable resource for a home improvement contractor.

I highly recommend Brad Jessup and Certified Home Remodelers, Inc. A few years ago we used Certified for a whole house siding and window project and most recently to repair our home from tree damage. We couldn't be happier! Brad is knowledgeable, honest, and most importantly responsive and helpful. He even worked with our insurance company and was instrumental in helping to ensure all needed repairs were fully covered. Save yourself time and effort, just go straight to Certified Home Remodelers. An honest, reliable, and professional owner and company!!

I recently ordered 18 replacement windows for my residence from Certified Home Remodelers. I saw the quality of the work they performed on a neighbor's house and didn't hesitate to trust them with my order. Owner Brad walked me through my options and together we created a mixture of double and triple pane windows based on the sun exposure of each room. I wanted good energy performance ratings within my budget and Brad made it happen.

My biggest take-away is there were no surprises throughout the process. The order was placed on time, the measurements were taken as scheduled, the windows arrived within six weeks as promised and installation was flawless thanks to the meticulous crew. If you want to hire an experienced, no-nonsense, reliable remodeling company, this is the place to go.

I have used Brads company, Certified Home Remodelers, since the early 2000s. I have purchased vinyl windows, all types of doors (patio, entry and garage), vinyl siding, window shutters, roofs, and a new bathroom from his company to name a few things. My son has also purchased vinyl windows, doors, a roof, a new kitchen, and a new deck from him. The work done on our homes has always been nothing but excellent. His installer, Neil, is the best. He also gives fair, honest prices. I would never call another company to do my work, only Certified Home Remodelers.

The windows look beautiful and are extremely efficient. The company was easy to work with, very professional and the pricing was reasonable. We would recommend Certified to anyone needing to get any kind of work done to your home.

This is our second home improvement project with Certified Home Remodelers. Brad has an excellent reputation in the construction profession and only does quality work. We had our bathrooms remodeled and Scott from Nailed It Inc. showed up on time every day and would always clean up at the end of the day. Brad was there during all phases of the remodeling process to answer any questions and ensure the project ran smoothly.

We are looking forward to our next project with Brad in the fall when our doors and windows are replaced. I would highly recommend Certified Home Remodelers and Brad for any home improvement projects.

As repeat and extremely satisfied customers, we highly recommend Certified Home Remodelers, Inc. We secured numerous bids to convert our carport into a garage. Thankfully, we went with Brad's company. The brickwork, electrical, plumbing, concrete work, carpentry, etc. were extraordinary and the quality was exquisite. Brad and his crew worked with us throughout the entire process to ensure that the garage met all our needs.

We were so pleased with the workmanship that we went directly to Brad when we decided to remodel our kitchen. Once again, it was a pleasant experience - and our kitchen is beautiful! One thing we especially like about Brad and his crew is that they take pride in their work. Brad and/or the project manager would show up at random times just to check on things and ensure that we were happy with everything. Customers really matter to Certified Home Remodelers, Inc.
