We serve the Commercial and Government Markets, specializing in schools and other public entities.

You can't manage what you don't know. We are experts at locating roof leaks and defects and determining what services, if any, are needed. We utilize Infrared Thermography to pinpoint moisture in the roof system and can take a core sample of your roof to test it's tensile strength, moisture content and physical makeup.

Preventative maintenance is done to keep developing conditions from becoming bigger problems. The goal here is to retain the current good condition of a roof, making it last considerably longer than one that isn't maintained. For example, seams that are beginning to open and loose drain bolts are conditions that can be proactively corrected very inexpensively.

Roofcare - RMI Fluid-Applied Roof Renovation

This a video case study of Roofcare's Roof Renovation on Independence High School in Rio Rancho, NM. We utilized a fluid-applied system from RoofMart International (RMI). The video takes you through the entire process, from start to finish and demonstrates how the RMI system works, followed by a testimonial from the Al Sena of Rio Rancho Public Schools.

Roof Angel Project

El Paso Roofcare launched the "Roof Angel Project" for the Center Against Family Violence (Non-Profit) on October 13th, 2012. We provided FREE roof repairs to one of their housing units as a way to give back to the El Paso Community and show our support for the Center Against Family Violence.

RMI Garna-Flex Stress Test

This is a stress test / demonstration on metal roofing panels, held together with nothing but RMI Garna-Flex. Even two grown men couldn't rip them apart. Roofcare Roof Drain Rebuild

This video demonstrates how to properly rebuild a roof drain, from start to finish. Roofcare was contracted to renovate the entire roof but needed to rebuild the drains before doing so.
