Dear Sir, I am writing this note for my mother, Nora Lennart. My mom wanted to express her satisifaction with the roof replacement at 58 Lou Drive. She was impressed with the way the estimate, installation and cleanup were handled. The contractor was professional and explained the job in great detail. The crew, equipment, truck on site and conduct of everyone was very professional. My mother is very pleased with the look of the new roof and feels secure knowing it has a warranty for several years. Thank you again for a job well done!

My husband and I were very excited to have house crafters come and give us an estimate. Mark the owner came out and we told him actually what we were looking to do and said to give him 2-3 days to get us the estimate. Well here we are 2 weeks later with no estimate and only 1 call from there secretary to see when Mark could come back and show us samples and received no response from her either. Very disappointed in the lack of communication!

How is crafters did a beautiful job on my roof. I especially like to thank Darlene for being so friendly and professional. She really helped me out when I needed it. And so personable. I wouldn't have my work done anywhere else. I would also like to recognize Bob Brady, he helped me so much with my insurance company. He's a very nice person. He is always there when I need him. And I have worked on the inside yet to be done.

Nothing but complete 'praise' for the entire staff and crew at House Crafters. This company is 'top notch' offering extremely high quality workmanship, etc. As they say: 'you get what you pay for'. Mark and his crew installed a new roof and gutters on our house. I can't recall a better and more organized company than this one. Every aspect of this transaction went extremely well. If you are looking for a reputable and highly professional company for your next home improvement project, give Mark a call at House Crafters. You won't be disappointed! Fred Morgan, Cheektowaga, NY
