This service includes damage assessment, claim submission, and negotiation to protect client interests during the process.
Green Roofing
We design and install sustainable roofing systems that reduce environmental impact. This includes Energy Star-compliant materials, recyclable components, and participation in asphalt shingle recycling programs. These roofs improve energy efficiency while meeting green building certification standards for residential and commercial properties.
Solar Solutions
Our solar-compatible roofing installations prepare buildings for photovoltaic and thermal systems. We collaborate with certified solar contractors to ensure proper mounting systems, structural support, and waterproofing. These solutions enable energy production while maintaining roof integrity and warranty compliance for long-term performance.

David Coddington and his crew did a fantastic job on our home and husband's workshop, a retired custom home builder. It isn't easy to please a perfectionist like my husband but they did! The crew was meticulous, curious and got this massive job done on time. Thank you!

3R Roofing is one of the most reliable roofing companies in the Front Range. They have a great personal touch when it comes to dealing with customers, and will always give you a fair deal. I have personally witnessed their workmanship, and it is top-notch. I highly recommend you call 3R Roofing when considering bids for any roofing job, particularly skylights (I believe that they specialize in skylights and have done quite a few skylight jobs in Boulder and beyond).

David with 3R Roofing is amazing! We searched and searched for the best Roofing contractor in Boulder. We spoke with many overpriced and/or rude companies. After all the headaches we found David from 3R. He is by far the BEST! It was a great decision to hire him for our roof repair. He was very polite and answered all of our questions. Pricing was fair and the job was completed in a timely manor. We will be using him and his team for all our roofing needs in the future.
