Questions
How often should Colorado homeowners inspect their roofs?
Twice yearly inspections (spring and fall) are recommended due to Colorado's variable climate. Post-storm checks are also advised to identify hail or wind damage early.
Does homeowners insurance cover roof replacement?
Coverage varies by policy. Sudden storm damage is typically covered, but normal wear-and-tear isn't. Our team assists with insurance claims documentation and adjuster coordination.
Is metal siding suitable for Northern Colorado's weather?
Yes, metal siding withstands extreme weather including heavy snowfall and hailstorms. Its durability and low maintenance make it ideal for Colorado's climate conditions.
What financing options are available?
We offer no-money-down financing through Roof Maxx and partner lenders, with flexible terms to accommodate different budgets for major roofing projects.
How long does a typical roof last in Colorado?
Asphalt shingles last 15-30 years while metal roofs endure 40-70 years. Severe weather impacts longevity, but our Roof Maxx treatments can extend asphalt roof life by 5 years per application.
Do you offer military discounts?
Yes, we provide a $200 discount for active duty personnel, veterans, and first responders as appreciation for their service to the community.

About 2 years ago Martinez Roofing installed a new roof at my business property. They did a very thorough job. To me, however the real mark of a successful company is how they handle the inevitable issues that come up over time. A few days ago there were signs of a leak due to the recent snow -- some drips showing on the ceiling tile. Steve at Martinez roofing made sure a technician was dispatched ASAP and a diagnosis made despite snow and ice conditions. They determined some flashing needed repair, re-caulking and took care of it under warranty. I definitely recommend them for their quality workmanship and standing behind the work that they do.
