From the time he was in high school, Dale Payne worked with his father building and remodeling homes. Even at that age he realized that roofing was always going to be needed. After high school he continued framing and roofing and in 1989 developed a business of removing and replacing residential and commercial roofs, that has become Sumner Roofing & Exteriors.

From the beginning Dale has been "committed to quality" by doing the right thing no matter what. The job is always done right.
