All I can say is that a company that fixes roofs has no right to block 2 handicapped parking spots with their work truck! Just because you guys are fixing a leaky roof, doesn't give you the right to use handicap parking spots! It was raining and my friends daughter is handicapped and she had to pull out her wheel chair in the rain and wheel her daughter across the parking lot! So rude!
