I've used J's Roofing in the past but its been a few years. I needed some repairs for a leak we had coming in from the roof vent. One thing about J is when they come to repair he's actually the one who worked on my roof, not a salesman like with other companies. He was very prompt and professional and was honest about what I did and did not need. He was very fair with the pricing and finished in a prompt manner and is very quick to respond to emails and voice messages. He inspected the flashing on all my boots on the roof as well as secured a gutter that was sagging and not draining properly. I would not hesitate to use J's Roofing again.

We have worked with J's Roofing in the past to fix an issue we had with our skylights but its been a couple of years. We recently had a roof leak that needed to be addressed due to all the heavy rains. One thing I like about J's Roofing is the owner is the one that came out and told me what needed to be done unlike some other companies that send a salesmen but they don't actually do the work. J inspected and repaired the boots on my vents and also fixed some gutters that were not attached properly. J is very prompt and professional and responded to my inquiries very quickly. J will be honest and let you know what you actually need so you aren't paying for unnecessary services. I would not hesitate not to use him again, if I ever needed roof repaired or replaced he'd be the first person I'd call.

I called to have Jerry come out and look at my roof that was in dire need of replacement. Jerry spent the time to explain what the roof needed and what it did not. Jerry did not try to upsell me on anything and provided a fair price. The quality of the work is excellent and Jerry spent time after the crew was done to perform an inspection to make sure the work was to his standards. It was such a good experience that I am using J's Roofing again for gutters and paint. Overall an honest, fair, and reliable contractor who I trust with my home and money - can't ask for much more than that. Highly recommend J's Roofing!

J's Roofing did completely new roof and ridge vent installation in ONE day with NO mess or damage! My husband left town for the weekend and came home to a new roof, but I had to point it out because there was no evidence that work had been done, just new roof and ridge vent installed. I called for a roof inspection on a new house we were buying (J's Roofing was highly recommended by our home inspector). Jerry was wonderful. He came out promptly, was honest about the minor repairs, and said the roof was in great shape. He asked us to pull a CLUE Report to cross reference if any claims had been made on the roof previously. He even talked to the next door neighbor to cross reference the condition of their roof, verifying their roof didn't have any damage either. Jerry went above and beyond, had great communication with me, and was very trustworthy. I'd definitely use him on my next roofing job.

J's Roofing was super to work with, start to finish. From time to time, we've had J's out to replace a shingle or two; this time, we had our entire roof replaced (house is 18 years old and this was a hail-related insurance claim). Jerry is easy to work with -- very personable and dependable. He answered all our questions and gave us a complete picture of what to expect. His crew was on time and finished early.

They were very thorough, from the quality of the work to the clean-up. Jerry made multiple appearances at our home, from the estimate, to the tear out and installation, and then again the next day to make quality-check the install and the clean-up. COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED with their communication or with the results!

On 11/17/2015 a strong storm or small tornado hit our neighborhood, Quail Hollow subdivision. The roof of a great number of our home was damage. And of course the roofing company's was out chasing the neighborhood and charging huge dollar amount for small amounts of work. The damage to my home was not enough to cover my deductible so I had to pay out of pocket. I had received a number of very high quotes.

I was driving down my street and I spotted Jerry with J's Roofing on the roof one of my neighbors home I turned around and went back to ask him about looking at my roof he came the next day and fixed my roof for 1/4 of what all the other company's was asking. I was very please with his work and his concern for our neighborhood. He fixed our roof for a fraction of the cost all the other roofing companies was asking.

He was a GOD sent for my situation. I'm Thankful he was there to help our community get back to norm. It's wasn't about the money to Jerry it was about helping people in need. Thanks you J's Roofing out Richardson TX.
